Krispy Kreme is known for its hot delicious glazed donuts. On my visit I went through the drive-through; the young lady took my order for assorted dozen with 6 glazed, 2 chocolate iced 2 blueberry, 2 strawberry; got to the window, she took my card. After she processed my payment, she proceeded to tell me that it would be 45 minutes for glazed And that they were out of blueberry and all of the cake donuts. First I asked her why she didn't tell me when I ordered they they were out of glazed donuts - her response was she didn't know. Secondly I asked her why she took my card payment if there weren't any of the items wanted in my order? Her response was she had just found out that there wasn't any glazed. This Krispy Kreme missed on customer service on Thursday 5/5/2022. Will be glad when Ponce de Leon reopens!!
Worst Location. Why is the back storage look like this? Is that donuts in a bag on the floor.Disgusting. Will not buy from this location again. Donuts are undercooked, and the girls working the drive thru on 4/16/2022 (@ 2p) needs training on customer service or removed from their post. Our community deserves better!!
This location has changed. The donuts are under cooked and the children working there are in need of a manager to guide them. I don’t eat there often since Covid but the last two times have been very disappointing. I’m seeking corporate contacts because we can afford to have businesses in our community go down. I’m committed to causing this location be better!
So today, we went to Krispy Kreme for our Sunday morning date! I just wanted Hazelnut coffee, Dunkin Donuts stopped selling it, anyways, the coffee they served was nasty, it was weak and bitter at the same time! As I’m writing this I’m trying to get the taste out my mouth! They didn’t take pride in this product! Please don’t waste your money and time, skip the coffee!! You would have a better experience licking a puddle on the sidewalk!
Tried to order St. Patrick's Day donuts for my grandson and his friends but they arrived RAW in the middle. Tried another dozen and the same...not sure what is going on but I'm really disappointed in the quality provided. Sad....
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.I asked for strawberry glazed she said they didn't have it, raspberry filled, then she started to catch an attitude. So I asked maam what do you have "we have everything" ? I asked if they had minis she said yes, so I ordered the chocolate glazed cake batter mini to which she responded that they dont have that- however it's clearly shown on the menu, which I told her. Her response: I don't know what's on the menu.? how you working rhe drive thru and don't know the items shown on the menu. And if its wrong why not tell managemenr so that it can be fixed!? So at this point Quianna left me to guess what they actually had in the store. I mean if you hate your job LEAVE but why give the establishment a bad reputation? I am so disappointed.
The light was on so that got my attention however I don't think yall suppose to selling 1/2 cooked donuts. Oh and that dam menu board gone blind someone, I mean UV lights aren't suppose to hit yours eyes directly, just cut it off BC u can't see anything once u approach it anyways.
Very Over priced!! And they were out of chocolate glazed. It seems like the doughnuts shrunk! You open the box and it's looks like little rings in it. Nothing like they use to be. Want go back,!!
The donuts are always great! They missed the mark completely on the carmel latte hot today...made with sour milk or cream. Had to return for a refund. The manager was very accommodating.
This location is terrible. It doesn’t even seem like the same recipe that I’m used to when eating Krispy Kreme. The taste and look is different. Even when the hot now is on the doughnuts are cold, poor management, the list goes on. Stockbridge location is great.
