Very slow service. Lines are super long and customer service is horrible. And my order was totally wrong
The service is not really good and the food is worse always forget to put things in the bag utensils napkins food chicken don't even look like chicken mashed potatoes are runny the mac and cheese is extremely dry I'm so tired of this either do it right or don't do it at all this the third time I pretty much had to throw away most of the food I get the eight-piece meal comes with eight pieces of chicken two mashed potatoes and gravy with the coleslaw the coleslaw always on point 3 x 3 Strikes
Great lunch today. Classic chicken sandwich, hot and fresh. COLESLAW. Sweet tea with JUST the right amount of ice. And no wait in the drive thru!
My experience was good the drive thur person was polite and my meal was delicious.

I went to this KFC to try the new plant based meal. I ordered my food on the app and it said it would be ready at 5:59pm. I get to the restaurant at 6:15pm and my food is not ready like the app said but nothing was ready. Now 6:20pm none of the workers have checked on me or provided me with a status on my order. The staff would rather talk about Sweetie's day and how women from the south don't treat their men well because the other crew members were unfamiliar with this holiday. I just ordered nuggets and a sandwich bruhhhhhhhh
Just left here and brought 3 chicken sandwich the sandwiches was so hard like they been sitting all day been ripping and running all day didn’t feel like going all the way back !!! I just thru them away am a GM at Wendy’s come on when the holding time is up just drop some fresh ones my god !! I really see why people complain !!!
Strips were fresh and hot but fries were cold and very limited as if it was a kiddie fry
