my experience at this location...... Horrible once I called to complain about the sandwich not having cheese, no onion and very little lettuce on it the person/manager on the phone was rude when I asked for corporate number she said LOOK IT UP ONLINE and hung up the phone on me. Sandwiches are supposed to be made with love and there is NO love at this location think before you order they have limited supplies although the website states free/unlimited lettuce onions and cheese is suppose comes on the sandwich but not this location..... I will NEVER go back
Phone number is wrong. Was called an hour after I placed my order asking if I wanted to cancel it. Then he offered to leave immediately with my order, now 30 minutes later he has still yet to arrive. (For reference I am 0.2 miles away)Update. After 2.5 hours of waiting I drove to the store. To find my sandwich had not been made, so they attempted to make the sandwiches.What was handed to me was a sandwich with undercooked bread and missing items from the order. No attempt to discount or return my money was made. Moreover they had the door deadbolted during business hours.What was given to me a health risk.
The location in Decatur used to be great. Wait times and customer service has gone out of the window and I've given it more than a few chances. If you want to wait over an hour for delivery, have the wrong order and then be met with the most apathetic attitude and loud obnoxious music in the background on the other end of the line when you call, order from JJ Decatur. They won't disappoint you.
Order one sandwich at 1230. Still at 3 no one answers the phone or phone call. Now the second time having an issue. Freaky fast is not this location and this not an employee issue. Its management issue. Get it together.
Beware, this Jimmy John's is Freaky slow (like really slow). Second time in two weeks that it has taken over hour an half to deliver a sandwich less than a mile. No more JJ's from this location.
Love Jimmy John's, been buying their food a decade now. But going to this particular JJ store in Decatur for the last year has almost always been a not-so-great experience. I only go because of the convenience, but I almost always have a bad time and regret going here.Usually order 2 subs, with very few modifications like adding hot peppers. 95% of the time this store messes up my order - either giving us the entirely wrong sandwich, or getting the meat and toppings incorrect, or forgetting the chips or cookie.And what spurred this review is that the store did not have their regular sub rolls at noon on a Thursday. They were completely out of rolls and said I'd have to wait an hour for fresh ones. The staff apologized profusely (which I appreciate), but how does a sub shop run out of rolls?
Plan extra time to go back to have them remake your sub - that’s if they have bread in the first place. This location regularly leaves out ingredients but today was my final straw when I found a hair in my sub. This location used to be a great option if you’re in a rush but never again.
Im assuming management has changed or something but I love this location now ! The store is ran way smoother and cleaner and Ashley makes my day with her kind words . She always says “hey friend” and stop what she’s doing to take care of me.Keep it up west ponce. Let’s get some drivers so we can have deliveries please ??
Very rude driver this restaurant is 13 min from my address tried to explain to driver he goes on about how not to cut him off but I was nicely explaining my address and he said if he has to drive 2hr I have to compensate him how you Going to drive 2hr when I'm 13 min away don't work if you don't want to do your job glad I found a nicer place to order my food from ill never order here again the driver ruined this for the nice person I ordered from
Delicious food and nice staff especially the cashier I think her name is Ashley she is super nice and friendly and helpful I will continue to go to that location because she is so sweet nothing like fabulous customer service
