I like the ice creams I tasted. Very rich and creamy.Service was great but I was bowled out by the tipping system. 25% pops up first and 18% at the end of the payment screen. This is unlike other payment places so out of habit I gave a 25% tip which I don't think I'd have wanted to give. Apart from that, it's a nice place outside for an ice cream date
Interesting flavors and the ice cream itself is delicious. I tasted the rainbow yogurt which was really tart, the gooey butter cake which was super sweet and the strawberry yogurt which was just right. I took the gooey butter cake to try something different from what I normally try. It was a big portion and quite sweet so I couldn't finish it all. My friends inhaled through theirs though :)
I got the Single option with the Savannah Buttermint and Honey Vanilla Bean flavors, and it is GOOD…. The spot is also clean, and the servers were professional and courteous. I will definitely be back for more!
We were enjoying a nice Sunday afternoon in Decatur after a nice lunch at the White Bull and decided for dessert at Jeni's. The first thing you see is the waffle cones and bowls being freshly made as you walk in which give the room a nice aroma. The ice cream selection was very good. I would recommend the Lavender on a hot day. Service was friendly and timely and the store was clean. A good bet when on Decatur Square.
Jojo made the whole experience for my husband and I. He was way better than any chick fil a experience. He is the bomb. He is very attentive, very interactive, very bubbly, he is everything good. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product. I was going to go to a familiar ice cream spot but he sold me on this place. I am so glad I stayed it was so delicious. I am not sure if he is the owner or not but he should ve. I highly recommend this place. The ice cream was delicious.
Unique flavors & freshly made waffle cones & bowls make the wait worth it. There was one friendly, bubbly employee with fancy glasses who scoped his favorite birthday cake ice cream with love so much so that I had to try it. It was yummy, but the brown butter almond was my favorite.
Jo Jo was absolutely amazing. He is very knowledgeable about the products being sold. His customer service was beyond amazing. I was going to go down the street to the other ice cream shop that I am familiar with but Jo Jo sold me on this place and I am sure glad that I stayed. I will be going back hopefully tobsee jojo. My husband and I were really impressed.
It's a little on the pricey side for a relatively small portion, but the ice cream itself are delicious. Nice atmosphere and effective staff!
Jeni’s has great, special flavors. The waffle cones are made on-site - very yummy. A bit pricey but worth it occasionally.
