The man who took my order seemed to be impatient with me. But this was my first time eating at JJ Fish & Chicken; I had questions (about the meal options). The Fish (Tilapia) and Fries were hot and fresh. Although my receipt says “Dine-In”, you can’t eat it inside, all of the tables and chairs are off the dining room floor, moved to a corner. There is no mask required and only 1 employee has on a mask. The restrooms are even closed to the public. Since all orders are “TO-Go”, it should have been cleaner inside than it was. JJ Fish & Chicken is a seafood restaurant I would eat at again.
Lemonade was Bland because the dude that squirts the flavors gave me at least one skirt per flavor no lie and as much as they charge for ONE you definitely should get more than one squirt ! Just saying!! Peach and blue Hawaiian
The customer service is pretty decent. I love the wings and flounder. The fries aren't so great. The slaw, corn nuggets, zucchini, and mushrooms are wonderful!!!
Hands down, if you want good food this is your spot. Located across from South Dekalb Mall. Place your order ahead of time because there is always a line of hungry people just waiting. When you go, try one of their flavored lemonades.
The food was good but half of my order was missing. Glad I checked before leaving the building. I would have been very upset to find out after I got home.
Food was delicious, service was fast. I do take away 1 star because of the nickel and diming they do regarding condiments. I don't enjoy the minimal amount of condiments and upcharge for something as simple as honey mustard sauce. Additionally, don't bother getting the combo, with an expectation of cole slaw. They consider the 2 teaspoons of coleslaw that goes with a combo to be able to feed anyone over 3 months old?
Honestly I’m a bit disappointed as this location wasn’t as good as others I’ve tried— my food wasn’t so tasty and the customer service was below average but it was a quick meal and the portion was fair.I order crab bites and a wing dinner with fries and Mac & Cheese Balls. I only liked the wings everything else wasn’t that good
The food is always good the service is always on point but just go with a few minutes in mine good is always busy
Very much the brand. However, unorganized. What is the use of ordering over the phone if you still have to stand in the main line to pickup? You should have an online/phone line.
Food is good. I usually order the gizzards and chicken combo. Reasonable priced. I just have to ask for mild salt/seasoning because they were really heavy on the seasoning whewww!
