They never have anything on time, and the workers are so rude!!! Maybe the wait wouldn't be so bad if they were friendly!
Food might be good but because of the service with long lines and service without a smile i always leave this establishment before i get served. Maybe they should hire more people to serve or create an assembly line to serve the crowd. Plus, when someone serves me food with an attitude, i believe that that food would hurt my belly. They just need to do better.
I understand that this is a Jamaican establishment and I want to respect their customs but the level of unprofessionalism at this place is ridiculous. I came in for a beef patty for myself and my mother and no worker greeted me or asked if I needed any help. After standing in the line for over 15 minutes I was then told by another customer that I was cutting them in line when they weren't even standing to be seen. Although that is probably not their problem when I finally was able to speak to someone to see if they had any the worker was dismissive and rude. I honestly think you can only get good service here if your are Jamaican and that really disheartens me. I have been coming here for years with my family but I think I will take my money else where.
The roti was on point. I've lived here 2 years and this is the first time I was able to get some good roti
Food is hot and ready always super busy the right way. Optimal service, my veggie pattie wasn't ready, however, another selection was available. I even was informed that the Rotihouse won't participate in DoorDash so you can't get delivery. Three stars because I've gotta shuffle with the crowd for it.
Husband bought food for us there. I asked to sample and they said no can’t sample meat anymore but we still bought it last night 2/28/2022. We got the roti with curry goat. The food was not that good, it had a weird aroma to it but if we paid $15 a plate…best believe we had to eat it. I instantly had lots of gas and now we woke up and have stomach pain and diarrhea. Smh. The only thing good is the big roti. Just buy the roti and cook your own meat and if you not well to cook….buy meat from somewhere else. Because you will get food poisoning here. ??♀️
Ordered chicken and beef curry with buss up shut. Very yummy! I would call ahead. Had to wait for roti skins. The food was delicious and the ladies were so nice.
If I'm feeling Caribbean Food this place is my favorite place to come I never get disappointed. The food is always espectacular and so delicious. My wife is Guyanese and she introduced me to this place now. Every thing be Fresh and Hot. We had oxtails, roti skin, dhal pori, cabbage, curry crab, and curry potatoes. Every was Bomb!. If you in town come check this place out if you ever in town. I will be back for more. Thank you for the amazing food!.
I did not enjoy my curry chicken roti today. I’ve supported you guys for about 3 years and the food has always been great! I drive from Fairburn to Decatur and back JUST to get the roti and currant rolls.I noticed a different staff today, not sure if that’s a possible problem. I purchased a bone in roti.My chicken was fatty. And the fat on it was white, which was very concerning.I won’t be eating curry chicken for a while, thank you. I’m not used to the food being of poor quality. No potatoes in the roti either smh. I spent about $50 purchasing dinner for the family. I’m a bit disappointed.
Food tastes great, but there's one lady that refuses to provide a menu option simply because she " hates doing that". She must be family with the owner, because losing money due to laziness shouldn't be acceptable employee behavior. They won't thrive the way they could with her working there. I'm positive that this will be a 5 star google/yelp restaurant if they hired someone else in their family besides this chick. Please adjust the menu if it needs to be updated.
