This place is the best value for food small Chinese place I've found in the Decatur Area. They've increased prices due to covid, but they are still good. The waiting times vary, but it's never been longer than 10 to 15 minutes. Service is good, and the food is tasty!
NEVER again.Ordered off Uber eats tonight. Ordered at 940 and after placing our order we called to make sure it was open and ready because it had been placed but not accepted for over 15 minutes. She stated they close at 10:30 so all was fine and stated my order was "ready."We all know what happens when you order Uber Eats from a restaurant that is closing and you can't cancel and wait 2 hours before you can for your next choice. But...After our order was accepted by the driver, she messaged to say she wasn't accepting the order for pickup so I called the restaurant to inform them. At this point, we had less than 15 minutes for our order to be picked up before closing. I work in a restaurant....isn't this courtesy? Before I could even talk, the host started screaming saying she just spoke to me. I tried to explain why I was calling back, but she would not allow me to and started screaming at me on the phone. "I just talked to you! If you have an issue contact your driver!!" I tried to explain I had and that I was calling the RESTAURANT yet you would have thought I just committed the ultimate sin How is that my fault!?!Given their ratings and now my own personal experience I will never order here again. Ignore at ALL costs. That's just plain sh*T service. That simple

We love Hong Kong! It is our go to Chinese restaurant in this area. The food portions are fantastic and usually make for 2 meals. We don't ever eat in, but their take out service is fantastic. We love this place!
Today was my first day trying this restaurant; I felt I was treated with the bare minimum of customer service. My wait time was long with no details or updates on my food, and when I did get my food the cashier didn’t even acknowledge me saying thank you to him (and I had a tip for him in my pocket but kept it after how he dismissed me but acknowledged a white man that promptly got his food). He was happy to acknowledge each white customer that walked in though. I won’t be coming back. And no I’m not a black person who complains about white versus black often but it was very apparent in this restaurant
Wings and vegetables lo mein is my go to, perfect combo and my meal is always hot ? and don't forget your shrimp egg rolls.

To make a long story, short my food was not eaten. The food was awful I wouldn’t feed a stray animal that mess. Greasy and over cooked egg rolls and beef wontons. Shrimp lo mien noodles where over cooked lack flavor and not to mention that scary thing they call a chicken wing was unbelievable. I will never spend another cent or recommend this place to anyone I advise other’s to do the same.

The worst “Chinese food “ I ever had the displeasure to experience. Really really bad.Poorly prepared in every sense. I hated it, my wife hated it, my mother hated it, my grandkids hated it and they eat almost anything. Very very disappointing meal. Never again. I need to make a sandwich. Yuck!!!
