Great place for wings and fried rice! I've been going here for 20 years...the food and service has been excellent and consistent!
Pretty good! I’ve been here a few times and basically get the same thing most of the time, and it’s always good imo. Not absolutely EXTRAVAGANT but it’s easy to access and good for a quick meal. :)(Sesame wings and fried rice).
I bought a 10 piece braised wings with shrimp fried rice and I have been throwing up since I ate it. It might be food poisoning :(
I ordered the lunch special of General Tso's chicken, the broccoli was old and the chicken was not fresh and the sauce was plain.
The food was fresh and very tasty and the prices r reasonable
this is the philly cheese steak egg roll i received from happy dragon. i thought my eyes were tricking me & i asked 2 other people does it look fully cooked & they said no. as much as i love steak cheese egg rolls this was such a disappointment!
I Get The Same Thing Everytime I Order Chinese Food NO MATTER WHERE ITS FROM & It ALWAYS Looks The Same But When i Came Here & I Got There Teriyaki Chicken It Waa Not At All Teriyaki Chicken They Gave Me Some Typa Other Meat That Had Mushrooms & Carrots In It & If You Eat Teriyaki Chicken You Know They Dont Put Mushrooms In It .. It Gave General Toso Chicken & Not Teriyaki, It Gave Chicken & Vegetables & Not Teriyaki . I Will Not Be Back
Used to go to Happy Dragon all the time when that shopping center was built in the early 1990s up to the mid 2000s. Was going to order from there via delivery tonight but when I called they said they don't deliver but have "Delivery" here on Google Maps.
The wings are good and so is the house special.Friendly atmosphere.I like the fact that the staff is diverse at this chinese restaurant.
Haven't been here in a long time. Located off of Wesley Chapel in a little giant Plaza, next to American wings and Domino's Pizza. I believe the staff and management have changed. You must wear a mask. It was clean. No paper menus to take home, but they do have screens showing the menu as well as; several laminated menus. We got the 6 wing special with the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. They weren't bad they were pretty good. The wings were juicy and flavorful. Check out my pics for more info.
