Everything was going well until the other 12 people in my group received their order and I didn’t. When asked about # 9, repeatedly I was told “I haven’t call that number but I’ll be sure to call it loudly”. There wasn’t a problem with me hearing, the problem was why # 27 received their order and not # 9. When asked by another member of my party, they decided to ask for the ticket only was find the order was filled and given perhaps to someone else. No apologies given, no offer of an entree, nothing. I must say the food was good, but I wasn’t pleased with the customer service. I like to support local businesses, but we must do better. No one has to support you. This review is to make you better!
I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and wings combo, and I was not disappointed at all. This absolutely has to be one of the best places to order a Philly cheesesteak around here in Decatur and maybe even the metro Atlanta area. The wings weren't too bad at all either, very tasty overall. The portions were also great. There's a lot to like about this place.
Saturday Morning Breakfast! Baaabyyy was the Best. I had the breakfast bowl with cheesy grits, scramble eggs and two meats....honey my gay girl was in HEAVEN. Y'ALL Betta go check them out. They do not disappoint.
Best Turkey Bacon sandwich ever. I always get that because they have to make it fresh unlike the pork bacon which still hits. The grits always on point. And it only cost $7. I don't know if this one of those cheap food vs good food situation but I will be back weekly.
I am new to the state and saw the foot traffic in/out of the Flat Shoals location and I had to see for myself. I was not disappointed! Great food, customer service and price. I am now an unofficial promoter for newbies and oldsters to the area. Love this place.
I don’t know what’s going on with y’all… We ordered pancake breakfast- pancakes was not fully cooked. Pork chop breakfast- asked for crispy it was not and where is the seasoning just bland and same with potatoes why are they firm… only thing that was good was the grits and toast. Still damn hungry ? Very disappointed !
Best breakfast I had in a long time. Shrimp and grits. Or bacon breakfast is my go to. Has homemade biscuits and flap jacks
Wow!!!!!! The best shrimp and grits I EVER tasted!!! And I’m from off the Atlantic Ocean, so believe me I’ve tasted some good shrimp and grits. The biscuits were fluffy and amazing!!! The prices are unbelievable!!! The average Shrimp and Grits could run you anywhere from $13-$20. There’s is $7.99!!! AMAZING FOOD!!!
Food quality/quantity has decreased dramatically. French toast is just a slice of thin bread now. If they leave something out of your online order, just know you will not receive a refund. I don't see myself returning for a while, if at all.
