The service was absolutely terrible! Their employees have awful attitudes and I definitely will not return or recommend. The brown stewed chicken was hard and tasted old, the rice was not cooked properly, veggies lacked flavor…even the plantains were bland. Save your time and money and go elsewhere, this place is not worth it
I just got in town from Jamaican and was hungry found this place. I order two large oxtails plates at 50+ dollars but it was a large amount. The food was good lack some of the Jamaican spices also the heat was missing. But I would encourage Americans to try it
The food is great always does taste great but the servers need to be fired all of them that is not how you serve food you cannot put Ackey on wet food doesn’t make any sense and they have no type of customer service very unprofessional and rude
But this drink today at Gordon Spice with my curry chicken and was charged $3.50 for a drink that clearly marks one dollar
BEST JAMAICAN FOOD I’VE HAD IN ATLANTA GEORGIA . I tried literally several things in 2 days and everything was AMAZING. The curry goat is always on point , the jerk chicken is succulent and taste like actual jerk chicken, the meat itself was a little fresh but when the sauce is added, it’s a whole different ball game. The ackee and Saltfish was really good with the plain rice. Their fritters and dumplings 5/5 and the cornmeal porridge 100/10. Gordon Spice is taking all my money. 100% satisfied as a customer and a foodie.
I ordered through Uber eats! I’ll start by saying this. I tried to call the restaurant to reconcile what was wrong with my food but unfortunately no answer. To start the food was lacking flavor which o could almost deal with into mixed in with my rice and peas was hair… seriously… I almost vomited. I probably will never go here again. This was on 3/26/22
Love Gordon's Spice ❤️ I think this is the best Jamaican food in Dekalb county compared to other Jamaican restaurants that people rave about.I know what Jamaican food is supposed to taste like, because its my culture . Love the curry seasoning and jerk chicken egg rolls. Try them you won't regret it!!!
The rasta pasta was bland and no shrimp was in the pasta. The rum cake was disappointing. My first and last time eating here.

If I could get a refund I would. This is supposed to be Brown Stew Chicken the chicken over cook “Hard” tastes like a left over. I ate here in the past it was way better. Plantains hard yams taste like the only seasoning used was Nutmeg they even have this nutmeg only smell to them ! Rice is very dry. I am disappointed. I hope the Sorrel tastes better haven’t tried it yet. Smh
