First Watch is one of my favorite spots for good, healthy food. This was my first time at this location and it didn’t disappoint. When we arrived, it was a bit busy which was interesting because it was the middle of the week but we didn’t wait long at all, about 10 minutes.Our server was kind, friendly and efficient. We ordered two of their specialty juices which are always delicious!My fiancé ordered a club sandwich with soup and I ordered the biscuit with gravy.We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will definitely be back to this location.
Completely upset. I placed a DoorDash order for two Trifectas. Normally, the breakfast is wonderful. However, I’m completely disappointed in the lack of care and quality of food for takeout. We just returned from a Spring Break trip and honestly, just wanted to spend the day in after a long travel day. We waited over an hour for our food only to have received less than subpar food. We only received one slice of bacon with one of the orders and both orders of eggs, which were to be two eggs scrambled with cheese, were clearly less than two eggs and only one was actually scrambled with cheese. Additionally, whoever made one of the waffles must have decided they were tired of making waffles as it arrived not done and completely flat like the batter did not set well.We’ve had pleasant experiences with First Watch in the past. However, it is clear that DoorDash customers are not treated with the same concern and care as dine-in customers.Two stars for participating in making breakfast.
We didn't have to wait too long for a table outside on the patio on a Sunday morning at 10 am. The menu has a lot of reasonably priced breakfast and brunch selections for $9.99 and up.Food was good, but it was weird that my food came out first, and then it got cold while I politely waited at least 10 minutes for everyone else to get their orders.
Food and natural drinks are always good. Hostess was not as friendly as I’m used to when going to any First Watch. Wasn’t greeted. She was visibly agitated but she was doing the job of 2 people. She was ringing people out AND seating people. Couldn’t be too mad at her really because she was being overworked. They need 2 people at the front when it is busy like it was. 1 hostess and 1 cashier. Of course we’ll come back but hopefully with a full staff up front to help streamline.
Great food. Great place. Great service. The bathroom was nice and clean. Notice. The have a toilet brush in the bathroom. Please be neat and clean behind your self. Don't leave sit in the toilet. Then complain when someone else does.
Came in this morning for breakfast and coffee and was not disappointed. The service was fast and friendly and the food excellent. We had the oatmeal with muffin and toast and the biscuits and turkey gravy with potatoes. Everything tasted wonderful. The fresh preserves that came with the toast was especially good. Definitely would recommend and would come back.
Last time coming here. Placed a order online they still lot it wrong missed majority of one meal. When I called the girl that picked up said we apologize I'll let my Manger know and you can get a free meal next time. I told her no b/c this has happened before and the manager didn't have a note about it. I told her I can come back and pick up what was left out. She said that's not an option. I said well then I want a refund for what was missing she said manager was not available. Dunwoody location is much better for service, and quality of food.Also FYI wait time when you go in and sit takes a lot longer. Yes pandemic be understanding. But before the most recent trip we went in for breakfast 2 weeks earlier took 28 minutes for water and coffee to come out.
I used to love going to this location. I’ve never had an issue until recently. I ordered Avocado toast to go, when I got it the Avocado was brown all over like it was just sitting for hours or days, it looked disgusting. I was told they can make me another plate but it would still look like that because those were the only avocados they had. I requested a refund because I was not going to eat dark brown avocado. The manager told the young lady to take my information and they would call me to do a refund. No one called, I called back the next day and they said the same thing, that the manager would call me back. Here it is day 3 and no one has called to issue my refund for food I didn’t eat and that they threw away. I am highly upset at this establishment and will not be returning to this location.Update: I still have not received a call to refund my money it’s been since Friday. However I will escalate this issue because this is not how you treat customers.
I enjoy the food and the service. Salmon Benedict and avocado toast are 2 of my favorite entrées.
Came to First Watch just driving by on a weekday morning to grab a quick bite. Loved my service and meal. I was sat quickly and greeted instantly. I enjoyed the Morning Meditation juice and added the immunity boost. So, so yummy!!! A must have! I ordered the Salmon Eggs Benedict also very tasty! That hollandaise sauce was smooth, lemony, and velvety on the palette. I would 100% be returning to First watch for Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner.
