I ordered through the app one of the new holiday drinks. When i arrived, I was told they don't carry it. I asked for a refund and the employee said they can't do a refund on app purchases. I asked for the manager and she said they don't give refunds. I asked her how to get one through the app and pulled up the app. She didn't want to help me. She said people do it all the time but she didn't know how, shrugged and walked away while I was asking her for some type of help. I said to her customer service involves actively listening and at least attempting to resolve the issue. She shooed me away and turned her back. I told her that behavior is very unprofessional and she just kept saying "thank you". I switched to this location because of the subpar service at the Lavista Rd location and this one is just as bad. Is Dunkin letting anyone get a location with no expectations for hiring people? Needless to say Dunkin is losing a regular customer in me.
This location was great when it first opened but twice now I’ve been disappointed. The first time my crueller was super cold, as if it’d been in a fridge overnight. The second time I got donuts for my students. 3 frosted donuts were all put in a bag together, messing up the different flavor frostings, instead of in a box. The powdered sugar donut holes were so stale and dry that several of my 6 yr old students said they didn’t want them.
I usually come here and everything is fine and I always check my bag before I leave but of course today I didn't I got my coffee and my sandwich but no hash Browns it's a shame you pay for something and don't get it how hard is it to double check the bag before you put it there for the customer it's also my fault for not checking..
Breakfast all day. Also doughnuts and drinks. A drive thru is so helpful( they have 1)
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Came in on Thursday August 26 at 7:30 walk in and was not greeted, just stared at. I walk up to register and lady in her 30’s. very skinny walks up to the counter with a sway as if she had an issue. I wanted to order donuts and she cuts me off and says “how many”. HORRIBLE. I look in the case and see FLYS flying around, maybe even having a dance party. I say never mind I don't like flies on my donuts and she slams the donuts box and walks off. Took all I had in my to not start a scene. This location needs new MANAGEMENT ASAP, it just opened too that makes it even worse. I would give negative stars if possible.
