Store was very clean. The guy server must have been new - took him a few tries to get my coffee right, but it worked out. Everyone was very friendly.
They serve bugs on there food!!! Be honest how many people break there jelly donuts in half in order to eat? Probably no one. I normally dont either but I did today and I found a bag fat gnat cooked into the center of the jelly. So i will never order a thing from ANY Dunkin Donuts going forward they manger told me they dont make there donuts so I guess that means they arent responsible for selling me a bug filled donut.
If I could give this establishment a 0 I would . They are very rude and never have nothing . Arguing with a customer because your having a bad day is never GOOD BUSINESS . Do better my people , be thankful your still alive .
What is there to say about Dunkin? It's an American institution! Coffee and doughnuts are as good as it gets!

Warning!!!!Do not eat from there...Health Hazard!!! I have never been so disgusted. I am recently released from hospital been struggling to get better and I cant really swallow good. So... Because of that I broke my Jelly filled donut in half. Thank god i did. Bugs on the inside of the donut. Been sick all day... I never break my donuts in half to eat them... If I hadnt I wouldnt have seen the nasty sickness i would have engulfed. Wesley Chapel Dunkin donuts have bugs inside them. I called the manager Ali.... Only thing he had to say was they dont make the donuts... Only put glaze on top... That makes it worse. I will never eat ANY Dunkin Donuts again. Ordered a hot macchiato. Either they serving old espresso, or passing off regular coffee. And had a Nasty attitude!! They told me next time I have to pay extra. I know what a macchiato should taste like. Used to love this Dunkin. The late night dude is the worst. Won’t be back. Can you give no stars?
Tried to use the app to order, but was having issues, so I called all evening to place an order for the next morning, but no one answered; however, they answered the next morning at 645am. They were prompt in preparing my order for a breakfast event and assisted me in correcting my app issue.
