The corporate office needs to revisit this franchise. Locked doors during operation hours, over 27 minute wait times, less than friendly service, cold coffee that is supposed to be hot all for the same cost with no discount. At what point is the okay? It is not tolerable and this corporation receives on the daily enough income to rectify this matter no matter what zip code it’s in. Quality service should not be depended on what area you live. If you choose to service this community then we must get the same quality products and service as our Midtown neighbors.

Drive thru was sooooo slow. Donuts were stale, the cashier didn't say anything to me. Just handed me my food. I ordered on the app thinking it works be faster. I was wrong.

Ordered here last night, the doughnuts are HARD, NOT FRESH. Also, these ARE NOT THE DOUGHNUTS I ORDERED! Thanks Door Dash for giving me a REFUND. This place will be out of business pretty soon.

I'm not sure if they're always shorthanded or what the deal is but the line is always outside the parking lot to the street. It's the only coffee shop within a few miles in my area so I frequent this location! It's not bad but we can definitely step up their customer service and attention to detail

I visited this location last Saturday. I had the most pleasant experience. The young lady at the register was new but do pleasant. She greated mewith a smile and a pleasant hello when she needed assistance Josh the manager came over to help her and he was very p pleasant when assisting her. They both exemplified excellent customer service. Kudo to Candler road Dunkin donuts.. Best customer service ever

The drive thru was moving rather well for the influx of ppl in line at 7 am. The cashier was patient with me,as I just got call about death in the family. And the coffee and 1 dozen of glazed were super fresh . I'm going back everyday ,Monday thru Friday. I promise. ?

Unacceptable to be closing at 9:15 when it says your closing time is 10pm. Should fix the time online if you close at 9pm smh. Literally got here a few mins before 9:15 and they we’re already closing but online says 10. Writing this view while watching this all take place

Awful experience. The young man at the window had a sassy and bad attitude, and was very combative. There were no cars in front of me, yet I sat at the window almost 10 minutes for 2 scoops of sherbet. Then he got sassy when I asked what the delay was. But to make matters worse when I got home and began to eat it tasted like the sherbet was frost bitten. They need to do better with service and quality.

Young staff here but they have always been nice, I waited three visits to rate and I just get coffee but they were good all 3 times

The day time manager is rude and very unprofessional. As a manager you should have some type of leadership skills and know how to talk as well. The establishment needs to be inspected due to numerous violations. I will be contacting corporate
