The workers are VERY slow. We had to keep asking for the food that we were missing. One of the ladies had an attitude and kept asking to see our receipt even though the cashier didn’t give us one. It turns out we still didn’t get all of our food. The drinks also have locks on them. And the baskin robins workers are nasty!! One of the workers put ice cream into a cone and i guess they got the wrong kind of ice cream. Instead of throwing it out, they put the entire cone into the freezer to give to the next customer that order that kind of ice cream.
I am surprised to see positive reviews on here. First- don’t go- place is hell. Slow!!! So slow - it is painful. 2. Rude- you will be the only person sitting in the drive through and asking if you could place an order for 5 min and they will still be saying give me a minute. 3. Food- ordered grilled cheese with tomatoes, hot one with bacon. Also- homeless people are everywhere. Just stay away
One of the bad Dunkin' Donuts in the area. I went to order a strawberry Lemonade refresher with a pump of blue raspberry concentrate. The guy said he won't add the blue raspberry pump because there is not an add button or he won't get paid for that raspberry pump. And gave me too many other reasons just for a pump of raspberry concentrate.
My grandmother and I have made a routine of grabbing coffee and a donut or bagel often. We go atleast once a week minimum. This one specifically we have gone to for months and have only made a mistake twice. Both times were either easy fixes or happy accidents. The lady in drive through has even come to know my grandmother by name and greets us both happily. I wish I could give her the well deserved credit but, my grandmother only calls her "baby girl". This Dunkin is really nice and have always been a pleasant experience. Will continue to go and enjoy!
The older people that work here have the worst attitudes like you’re bothering them by coming up to their job like they don’t get paid to be there constantly ring up wrong food and making drinks however they want to not how you order it I asked for a dunkaccino and the man rung me up for a more expensive cappuccino and gave me a dunkaccino with a mountain of sugar at the bottom that he didn’t even bother to mix
I deliver food to customers part-time, this particular new day early I observed a white customer enter the restaurant and a black man who attempted to enter the restaurant but was denied. I confronted the manager about what I observed, she stated that the person had a large order. There was one customer that was already in the restaurant and a second white male had arrived after my self and the black male had arrived but, the white male customer was allowed inside. African Americans spend lots of money in this country, trillions dollars of dollars year! We Support many businesses in this country and get treated poorly. I am not supporting any business that mistreats people and I hope people stop supporting businesses that do these kinds of things!! I will not deliver food or purchase from this Dunkin’ Donuts I hope you don’t either.
The staff is PHENOMENAL!! Friendly, caring personnel, clean store, excellent service EVERY TIME!!
Service was good, food was good and I have a survey to complete to get a donut. I love Dunkin'.
Upon walking through the door, the smell of coffee is strong. In placing our order, we ordered a half sheet ice cream cake with a personal photo on top. We were to pick it up within three days. We did and it was Beautiful! We recommend this place for cakes and donuts.
This location has great Coffee. It is one of two Great Coffee location. The second location is Lindbergh.
