Heard an ad for 50% . I was thinking pizza or burger and wings for the same price. At 50% off even though Dominoes pizza was a step above Sbarro but still not Not Pizza Hut, I feel like I got what I paid for. I think I would buy Dominoes pizza more If the prices were always 50% off ??♂️Like literally if Dominoes put line through current prices and said “This is the new DP”
Pizza was good. However, they are very understaffed. One guy was making all the pizzas & playing the part of every role but driver. As a result, the timing for the carryouts was 15-20 minutes behind. I could ding them a star because I arrived & had to wait so long, but the guy was handling all things & still didn't have an attitude. Most of customers were not being rude about it, so it is what it is. The pizza was very good, he got the order right, & we got a $3 off coupon to come back.
If you can pick it up and don’t need to call about anything, it’s fine. But don’t bother ordering delivery. We were quoted 50 minutes, it’s now been 130 minutes and according to the tracker it’s been sitting in the “Quality Check” phase for half an hour. Have tried to call four times! Once someone picked up the phone then hung up, twice we were on hold for 10 minutes and no one ever answered, and the fourth time we got a person in another location who couldn’t do anything but have real-time text messages sent to our phone. —Update: We finally got it, and it was cold, congealed and a ball of grease. We couldn’t even eat it. And we paid $6 for delivery and a tip. Definitely won’t be going back.
I placed a delivery order at 5:49 pm. According to the Domino’s tracker, step 4, quality check was completed at 6:19 pm. The order did not reach my house till almost 7 pm, and by that time, the pizzas were no longer hot and the crusts were getting soggy. Note the store is only 1.5 miles from my house. Also, when I called to complain, I was placed on hold and waited for over ten minutes before just giving up.
The Domino's in my neighborhood is fantastic. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, and my order is always right. There have been a few times when a lack of delivery drivers made it a longish wait, but it always gets here hot and exactly as I ordered. Thanks for all the meals during the pandemic guys! I hope everyone realizes how important the work you do is.
This is my second time ordering here .. I order at 2:34pm currently still waiting 4:12pm on my 12 inch pepperoni pizza and 8 wings .. I was told 10 mins then 30 mins passed, I called again then was told 5 mins till the delivery my food … My first experience same thing quality check took 30 mins & the driver took 40 mins to arrive when the store is 10 mins away. This will be my last time spending my money here.Currently going on 4:53 and still no call, no food.
Domino's needs to regulate and not accept orders beyond their capacity. Or give an accurate estimate of 2 hours. But, telling people to pick up in 20 and not updating and then not having been cooked is terrible model.
I’m currently still waiting on a carry out order. It’s been 45 minutes now and counting. The staff was rude. Another lady came in to inquire about her DELIVERY!!!! She said “Sir it’s been 2 hours” he said “??♂️I mean we busy. And it’s raining, Dafuq?”
Pizza took 3 hours to arrive and arrived cold. We could not reach anyone to check on the status of our order during the entire 3 hours.
Happy Holidays everyone.. I wanted to try the garlic knots and 5cheese that comes wih it. When making the otder I eas told it would be 10-15 mins for carryout so I waited. That time arrived and I went in to pick up order. When I went to go in there, they wouldn't let me in the door. I stood at the door for 5 to 7 mins still I couldn't get in so I went back to my car. Finally I was able to get in, the cashier said I told them not to let you in cause there was enough people in here. Which I can understand that, but there's a way to do it. To top it off my order still wasn't ready and when I asked about it one of the Managers spoke to me very rudely saying it's in the oven while mumbling something else with a curse word. I refuse to let anyone steal my joy even though it seems as though it doesn't seem like the Xmas holidays!!!! BUT THE GARLIC KNOTS& 5 CHEESE WAS AWESOME?IF YOU'RE NEAR A DOMINO'S STOP IN OR CALL IN AND TRY THEM.....PEACE?
