I ordered a birthday cake a week in advance and then called the day before I was to pick it up to confirm my order and they said it would be ready at the time I selected on the online order. I get there for my pickup (again that i scheduled a WEEK in advance) and they say it is not ready and the orders got mixed up even though I called the night before and was told it was good to go…. mind you I am picking the cake up right before heading to the party and they said they could make it in another hour or more, I have no time to wait for a birthday cake that needed to be ready at the time I specified. Canceled order and have to show up at a birthday party without a cake thanks so much. Just horribly uncaring and incompetent staff.
Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line and it never moved even one car forward.
i ordered the mint brownie blizzard. i was driving so i didn't see what it looked like. i just thought the mint was overpowered by the chocolate. i've ordered a mint oreo blizzard here and could taste the mint. when i got to the house i looked and the ice cream was white and not green like it should be with mint flavor. i decided to message the store instead of leaving a review. because i ate most of it, i didn't even want a replacement. didn't ask for one. i really just wanted an acknowledgment. didn't receive it. so not only will you potentially receive an incorrect order, the whole "usually responds within an hour to messages" note that comes up on google is likely a farce too. i doubt i'll be going back.
It’s a ok experience no complaints
I ordered on Uber eats around 7pm. The food was terrible! The burgers were undercooked and slimy. Fries were ice cold. PLEASE DON’T EAT HERE!
Recently got food from here 11/19 around 9pm. There was no line and they were fast. However after eating the food I woke up sick as hell. Throwing up and constantly going to the restroom. Either they are not properly handling their food or they leaving food out too long. Regardless I’ve gotten food poisoning from this place so be careful ordering food from here. I had the chicken tenders with fries and a caramel sundae.

We just stopped in for Vanilla Milkshakes & weren't disappointed. They were thick but just right. Great late night treat. I would recommend. Selina D. Decatur, GA.

At 2:04 PM I ordered a Medium Pecan Pie BLIZZARD. There were 4 cars ahead of me. When I arrived at the window, I paid for it and a cup of water. When I received the Pecan Pie BLIZZARD, it had whipped cream on top of it. (When did they start that?) and was nearly melted. If I had turned it up side down, it would have fallen in my lap. Dam! Can we do better?
