Customer service is terrible. I was pulling up to the drive through and I couldn't help but hear a employee yelling and being disrespectful to the person in front of me. On top of that like a few other fast food restaurants, they forgot certain food items that I paid for. Please check your food before leaving any fast food restaurant.
I drove from Conyers to Panola Road and had the pleasure of being waited on in the drive thru by one of the most amazing young man. I never got to see him but witnessed his patience and good manners on the three cars in front of me. Thank you for being so wonderful.
This store has horrible customer serviceThe store is supposed to closes at 11pm they closed at 10:30 had us sitting in the drive threw at the speakers and no one said anything. Drive to the window and the employees looked at me like I was crazy. Then someone comes to the window and say there out of chicken SMDH! I won’t say anything about the passed experience because I like Churches chicken. The employees are the worst I’ve ever encountered
Drive through service as good and pleasant. Breast pieces are cut up so they are small, with wings having part of the breast meat on them. I ordered 2 breasts and 2 wings for two of us and ended up with about 1 chicken breast worth of meat. The pieces were mostly loads and loads of oily crust. Chicken was very dry and lacked flavor. Even the crust lacked flavor. The honey butter biscuits the only thing I enjoyed. I won't be going back to Church's.
Stayed in line for over 30 minutes. Only had five cars in front of me. Only reason I'm giving three stars is because of that. Food was hot drive thru lady was nice to. I think they was short staff had to be.
The shrimp was over cook. But the okra was a gift from heaven. Almost buttery favor. The cashier could use some manner and charm. Respect your elders. Do not call me moma!
FYI-Only the Drive In is open.The food-chicken and okra was okay. Loved the Fanta Grape!!!?
Beyond awful! With a drive through full of cars they went out and told cars there was no food, there was no one who could cook it, there would be a super long wait, it was awful. When they gave me the long spill about how long it would take I just waited. Even after paying $25.44 and not being given a receipt they tries to convince me to leave lol. I can't even imagine how much money they threw away by convincing all of those people to leave. Then after waiting 40 minutes, they still got it wrong! I would give - negative rating if I could.
Chicken was good, but it took 45 minutes in line to get the 10 piece chicken.
This is truly unacceptable and disgusting. Churches located on Covington highway in Decatur Ga needs to be shut down. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and was served an old peice of chicken drenched with sauce which made my bread soggy. This establishment shamefully served me this Sandwich knowing that it was unsatisfying and undesirable. Don't eat here because they are serving old food. Unfortunately I live some distance from this location or I would've definitely returned my orders. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Fast food isn't cheap and I deserve satisfactory for my buck.
