Don't deserve the 1star. Girl working drive thru is a liar. I ordered thru drive thru a box 10 piece mixed with fries & coleslaw. I stated when I got to the window (10 piece mixed fries & coleslaw) she confirmed yes. When I got home it was a 10 piece dark legs and thighs. When you took my debit card you know how to charge me. But you get the order wrong. Give me what I paid for. Period.
This store has management issues. Was recently at the drive- thru, & was hit in the face with a package of honey, after an employee inside the store threw it at the person assisting me at the drive-thru window, & missed- hitting me with it instead. I told the 'manager', & she didn't seemed surprised or to even really care. Not even an apology from her. Horrible management & a complete absence of any type of professionalism.
Dirty, Disgusting, No gloves or mask worn. Very poor Customer Service. We don't need this Restaurant in our community. They overcharged me. How does the price go from $6.99 to $9.08 without anything extra added????The Workers were arguing with each other. To top it off, I was ignored for about 20 minutes. Worst decision was stopping here trying to receive great food and great customer service.....IT DOESN'T EXIST HERE!!! You've been warned!!! Don't Eat here!
DIRTY NOT DIRTY FILTHY..Stayed in the Drive thru about 10 Long minutes. Ok now pulling up to the window, turn my head ?️ to the left and I b-dam, Grease All over The fryer, floor have food on it.. ME MYSELF NOT ? GOING BACK
I was on a road trip and stopped to grab some chicken but also had to pee. They had a line so I went straight to the bathroom. They came from Behind the counter to knock on the door and tell me the bathrooms were not for the public. While peeing I told her I was planning to order after she said no. When I came out I said so I can’t order they said nothing and rolled their eyes off course this was after talking about it the whole time I was in the bathroom, ya know 2 mins.So no I did not give me my service after being treated that way. I will not be giving a churches chicken my service for awhile after that.Rude staff and dirty facilities.
Worst Church's in Georgia. Overcharged for food I didn't order or receive. The cook had the greese too hot and the chicken was hard and raw in the middle. I asked for a refund along with several other people in the store. We were denied a refund. No one wore masks. Workers were handling trash and food at the same time. The health inspector should seriously close this place.
This place is the worth place ever. Do not come here. The manager is rude. Their really and unprofessional. No one in that building was wearing a mask. No one had gloves on yet alone a hair net. The chicken was overly cooked and the sides was burnt. This place needs to be shut DOWN
The manager was so mean, I walked in,nobody been waiting on,then a drive in pulls up,they took there order first,said that was poli cy, I think I got my order first,but they was so unfriendly, haven't seen that behavior in awhile
Stayed in their drive thru line for a very long time. Understanding that folks are short on help. But seeing folks coming in and out of the store, I got out of the line because I had a 2yr old cranky, to come inside for them to tell me the lobby was closed DT only. The door should have been locked. After explaining that I had been in that line for a lengthy time could they just take care of me. They told me I had to get back in line. No sign on the door saying lobby closed or anything. Very disappointing considering the line had grown even more
Slow service: I'm the only car in line. However, it seems due to low staffing. Food was good.
