I thought i bought the 10 piece mixed family meal but this is what i got, 2 pieces of white meat ( i only eat white) 8 dark, large fry( i guess we were to get 5 fries apiece), large okra (which my 1 year old grandson almost finished before we got home). We ended up going to a different Churches to buy more fries and okra and asked them if what we received was the family size, and was told no. I have been trying to call the Manager to complain and haven't been able to get through as of yet. Will never eat here again.

Just left the drives thru. I did have to wait but it’s always worth it and they don’t mind me smoking at the window while I wait. God bless these women! Best daytime Munchy spot like ever!

Please learn customer service. They take your order, don't let you complete the order. Rush you to the window. Then they dont allow you to complete your order at the window. It should have been a pepper a and a drink added. Barely confirmed the order, then want to argue at the window...no accountability. Chile I'm surprised this location is still open. They need to close it or get some more customer oriented employees. Training how to communicate wont help them. How I get a family meal with 3 sides and the one side is an individual size fry..not a family size fry? If you didnt want to work today ma'am you should have stayed home. So yall give individual fries for a family meal? We typically get a box. No wonder we haven't been there in years.
The service was fast professional and courteous and my order was filled accurately. The food was delicious.
The customer service was good and the experience was good for a fast food restaurant. Minus one star for immediate wait at speaker with no one in line ahead of me and no spork was give for side.
This is so sad I ordered 12 piece of chicken 2 sides biscuits and a few apple pies I was so mad when I got home to feed my family the chicken was bloody inside OMG!! Never go to this location!!When I moved to this area a year ago the cook in there fried the best chicken but now who ever the cook is they are frying bloody chicken and actually selling this to customers I was so upset til I will never eat church’s chicken again EVER!! Bad Experience!!!
Food was good. Items were forgotten and person at drive thru was dismissive. We asked for missing items and she ignored us. Definitely won't be back.
One of the better church's chickens I've been to while most are not that great.
