Thus is the most unorganized business that I have ever seen. I don't usual give reviews but, I just had to give my take on this establishment. It's managed poorly. The cashier is out of tune. She didn't hear a word I said. And she didn't even acknowledged it. She stood there looking timid. Chicken was ready. Waited over 30 minutes. They cut their chicken twice over so that you are actually getting a full breast cut in 2. They always have some excuse as why the chicken isn't ready. The chicken is good so I keep going back.
I don’t usually write reviews, but enough is enough! Every time I decide to give this location a chance, something always goes left. They’re always out of something and they NEVER have spicy chicken. I went there yesterday (5/19/22) and sat in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes just waiting to place my order. The speaker box was broken, which took me about 5 minutes to realize as there was no type of notice informing customers of the broken box. I then drove around, wait and finally place my order. I order an 8 count of jalapeño poppers and I’m thinking they’re going to be fresh because that’s not something people order often such as fries. WRONG! I taste one of them and I ask if I can get them made fresh and the cashier says and I quote, “she won’t let me drop no more. They did just come up the grease just old”. This particular location should have been shut down. Needs new management ASAP!!
There was a little wait.Because the Speaker was not working. But it was Worth the wait.The Chicken was Hot and Fresh very good .Seasoning just right. Not a lot Salt. I WILL BE BACK.I WILL LIKE TO KNOW SOMETHING.WHY IS IT NOT A CHURCH'S CHICKEN IN CONYERS, GA.?
The drive thru speaker is broken. So everyone orders when they reach the window. This makes it super slow drive thru. It took 25 mins for me to just reach the window. No drive thru should take more than 5 mins to get your order.
The biggest wing I ever seen in my life the chicken was dry every piece, the front counter chick apparently does not like light skinned girls bc everyone else was "how can I can help u baby" but not me didn't even give us our food the manager gave to us after standing there some time. I said self don't say nothing just write a review.
Good service, tenders and bombers very good but they did not have any biscuits available. I was advised to pull over and they would bring out the biscuits; however, after 10 mins or so no one came out so I drove off.
They charged me for items that they didn’t have when I got to the window. The manger told me she would make it and it would take 10 minutes but she doesn’t even know where things are in her own store or even how to properly process a refund. Highly wouldn’t recommend spending your time or money here or any business on Memorial Drive to be honest
I've been to this location 2x within 2wks(evening and afternoon). When I approached, there was no greeting or welcome. I was simply told they weren't taking any orders without an explanation. On the evening that I tried to place an order, as I drove away, I noticed the employees in front of the establishment smoking and socializing. I won't waste my time a this location again.
Food was good as always.But this location turned business away at the drive-thru because of a shift change. If I owned this location, I'd be hot!
I drove a distance to get to Church's because I hadn't had it in so long. There were no cars out front. A gentleman pulled up at the same time we went in chicken was piled up. We couldn't be served because there system was down. The guy said "someone has to eat that chicken" they still said they couldn't ring it up. I was so disappointed on my one day off, that's all I wanted ?.
