I stopped in Chipotle on Wesley Chapel on my way to Charleston on a Friday night after a long day of driving. We decided to eat outside where I accidentally left my purse, with all of my belongings in it, outside on the back of my chair. I didn't realize until we were about 2 hours out and they were already closed when I called to see if they had it. The next morning I called and it turns out Melvin had grabbed my purse and kept it safe until I was able to return on my way back home from my trip. Pat and Melvin were so gracious and helpful every time I called Chipotle to make sure it was still safe!! They were so nice and SO HELPFUL! 10000% recommend this place as the workers are awesome! Can't thank them enough for what they did for me. They deserve so much recognition.ALSO-- The food was delicious and the rest of the staff was friendly!! The restaurant seating outside was clean also.

Ordered online...no problem. Said order would be ready at 4:20 p.m. and to pick up at window. Got in line at 4:06 and the line was around the building. Could not pick up inside as it was locked. Didn't get order until 4:57 p.m. I only waited because I used my credit card and didn't want the hassle of trying to get a credit. Then at the window I'm asked numerous times for the name on the order. Workers had no gloves on ans hair not covered with hats or hair nets. Food was decent despite how long it may have sat there. It was warm,definitely not hot.

1st time at Chipotle. Chicken and beef bowl with rice beans, picante, lettuce. Forgot cheese. I like the Cafeteria style. Staff did not regularly clean their station. Delicious and low cost.

This place is always packed showing a clear demand for healthier fast food options in this underserved community. Chipotle should open more locations nearby and beef up the supply chain so they don't run out of ingredients.I always come in for my order and the young staff are doing a stellar job dealing with the constant stream of customers, especially when things that are out of their control happen, like running out of ingredients.I grew up in this community and it's important that we support our young people in their first jobs!

Ordered using the app for "faster pick up" and even selected a time 40 min after the order, it has been 30 min since the original pickup of 6:40 and they decide to not have the shelf open inside for people to pick up the order.This is ridiculous for chipotle, what's the point of rapid pick up if you can't go inside for your food? We have been in the drive through lane for now 30 min and I'm sure cars ahead of us didn't place an order ahead of time because it should not take this long.

In 4 months this new location went from being a place I ate at 2-3 times a week to one I'll never go back to again. The dine-in area is randomly closed but they won't update the website to block pick up orders. I don't know what goes on at the window, but it's nothing for one car to sit at the window for 20-30 minutes. I've had this happen twice before I just got out of line, cancelled my order, and went somewhere else to eat.I haven't had any issues with the food quality but the service part is ran horribly. They desperately need competent management who understands basic stuff about running a restaurant.

Omg y’all. Just turn around! It’s so bad, if this was my first experience at a chipotle, I would have never went back to another one. Just tear the whole establishment down at this point. If you think you will be in and out with their drive through app orders, think again. You’ll probably be waiting longer than they people in the actual line. Seriously, I’ve never had so many bad experiences at a place back to back. Curse of Wesley Chapel I guess.

Save yourself the headache and disappointment ! I got a salad twiceee. No lettuce. No dressing. Packed with rice !! The photo is a bit of a mess bc I was searching for lettuce !!! I can’t. Yes I ordered online delivery. And the first time i went… I ordered pickup. Never again. Waste of 20 bucks !!

So I ordered a chicken bowl with extra white rice black beans chicken and extra mile tomatoes on the chipotle website I got it delivered and when I opened it it was not even half full I thought maybe the person ate it but also there was lettuce no rice and cheese on it everything that I did not order this is crazy
