OMG The Food is Mouth Watering ?
I went around noon time about 7 and I watched them prepare and serve fresh food. I got the shrimp fried rice and braised chicken. The shrimp wasn't deveined and the chicken looked smaller but I enjoyed the food despite this and although I had my doubts they were washed away. Ive been eating here for a while and I still enjoy the food. Especially the braised chicken. I love that chicken.
This is a very no-frills place for a quick meal. They have a seating area inside but I think it's still closed to the public. The prices are pretty good for all you get. Its low quality but tasty. It sort of is what it is.
Okay so the food isn't bad and it's inexpensive. People seem to love the braised wings, I like the sesame chicken. It's in the neighborhood, pretty convenient. It's been around a long time and it shows. I can certainly do without all the panhandling.
Four stars cause this food definitely has to be bad for your health. But I been eating it all my life so I'm immune to it I think. Lol! The one or two times a year I stop in, it's always the same food in taste and quality and there's something to be said about that. Only thing that has changed is price. Probably overpriced today, but everything is in the world. I'll continue to stop in for my taste of nostalgia
The building looks abandoned that should have been my first clue however I didn’t want to judge a book by its cover so I gave it a shot. I stopped by for lunch the woman behind the counter only offered me one side I wanted more then one so I had to pay extra that wasn’t the problem she gave me a ton of rice and to tea spoons of sides. Charged me almost $9.00 and the lunch specials are supposed to come with a egg roll it was not included. The food tasted so bad I had to throw it out. So disappointed
Do not !! I repeat do not eat at this cafeteria. I have gotten food poisoning twice. Outside of the cafeteria appearance is shameful, and it has been that way for many years. Because of the location I assume the owner feel as though an eyesore is ok. I will NEVER ! EVER!! Eat there again.
Ill never GO BACK! You want to go through my food to see I dont have what you didnt give me that I paid for? In front of everyone just for me to tell you...I Want my money back YEPPPPP. YOU went thru your system to look up my receipt and confirm i dont have the item and do i still want it?! When you could've DID THAT BEFORE GOING THROUGH MY STUFF! And with your bare hands expecting me to take it back smh nope! The last 2times ive came I haven't got ALL of my food OH BUT THIS TIME i checked before leaving. Lol you won't treat me like trash and expect to get my money YOU ALL ARE ALWAYS RUDE AND DONT LISTEN....you have homeless people just walking in asking customer stuff which could be cool BUT IT HELPS WITH THE CONFUSION. Throwing stuff together rushing not listen contribute to it the last time smh what's funny if you just listen and not have been rude the issue could've been resolved. NO STARS!!!!
Purchased the super. Rice has never been my fav but I love the braised wings. The eggroll almost pulled my braces out. Lemonade is A1. I'm not getting anything but a chicken wing from them lol stay safe.
The food is great the service is awesome they are always packed so something's going on right at this restaurant
