I placed an order through chic fil a one delivery. Called and spoke with a chic fil a employee who I asked if my drink would be sealed with a sticker or even put in a bag like other restaurants do with deliveries. She asked for my name and said “yes, I’ll put a sticker on it”. Gets here and it’s not at all. call and speak with a manager named Zaria/Saria?? to let her know this and she kept saying it’s a door dash problem. No , YOUR employee didn’t follow instructions. I don’t need doordash credit because I don’t use door dash and the issue was from your employee. She then said that they don’t put stickers on drinks. She then asked around and said the employee said she did put a sticker on there (which is a lie) so delivery must’ve taken it off. …I’m literally looking at the cup. There is no sticker nor sticker residue. Told her that. She gets an attitude and starts talking over me and refuses to compensate me for the inconvenience that’s made on THEIR end. My company orders from here on the regular for years. Chic fil a earned over 1.2 billion in revenue but can’t compensate a couple dollars and rather lose out on customers and partnerships, get poor reviews, etc. over a couple of dollars due to their lack of service and professionalism. Completely unacceptable and I will be escalating this even further. It’s not even about a couple dollars. It’s about the principle and the nasty attitude along with lack of service.

I gave this restaurant 4 stars because of the way I had to enter. I love the team effort that was in place. Proud of the management team to make sure the team gave each and every customer what they ordered. And took a few seconds more to make sure each customer items is what they wanted. That shows skill and encouragement of a team that works together and want each other to succeed in their roll of a team member. I just wish there was a traffic light at the intersections of the restaurant. It was very dangerous. Over all my family was satisfied with what they ordered from this restaurant.???

I had a great experience with the person taking my order. She was friendly and took my order correctly. After retrieving my order, I didn't readily see the 3 brownies that I ordered. I asked the young lady at the window if they were in the bag and she assured me that they were. Needless to say, I got home and noticed the brownies were missing. It's been nearly a week and I have yet to hear back from Chick-fil-A Cares or the store manager.

Great experience at this location. The food was perfect, and the service was excellent. My son and I really appreciated the employee who stopped by our table to make sure that we didn't need anything else.

After my visit at the Wesley Chapel CFA (as a customer, then picking up an order within an hour) I was prepared to vent from the customer survey website but I didn’t receive a receipt from my earlier purchase so to make sure I’m heard, I decided to leave a review. This is based on my second visit this evening only. As a former CFA employee in high school, I really do believe they’ve always set the standard especially in customer service. So I was highly disappointed on this visit just picking up a order. I approached the counter where pickup orders are (I’ve been to this location and the process is the same as most CFA locations concerning pick orders) as I was reading one of the bags on the counter a manager who was nearby turned and asked the name for the order. I told her and then showed her the name on my phone, she then barely read the counter, then barely glanced at the screen and said it’s still being prepared. Then told me to go halfway to the back of the store behind a wall to wait and they will call. They have never done this and there was no other customers in there at the time, so no need to make space.( I just stayed close enough to be out the way but be able to hear and see) She also told the next person picking up the same. After about 4-5mins the manager had left the front area, other customers came in, went to the counter got their pick up orders and left. After a few more minutes one of the cashiers then called the person from earlier with a pick up order (his order had been on the counter the whole time) Then almost 10mins after I’d arrived a cashier called my pick up order, it was now the only pick up order on the counter and it was the same one I was reading when that manager decided to turn to lend a not so helping hand. I don’t know what the issue was but I didn’t like it. If it were an honest wait I would have no qualms but the worst thing to do is waste someone’s time, and I’m sure the manager did this on purpose. One star for the cashiers who came behind her making sure all orders got out and at with a smile. I’m sure that manager intended for me to spend the night in the lobby. She didn’t even smile when she was sending me on that dummy mission.

The customer service here is terrible every time I come. The workers rush you when taking your order and they practically throw your order at you at the drive thru window. This location is tarnishing Chick-fil-A's friendly reputation and becoming more like a McDonald's.

Ordered food online for delivery, it never came. Called the restaurant, but no one ever picks up, and calls go to voicemail, however you can’t leave a message cause the mailbox is full. I would show photos but I have nothing to show. My food NEVER came.

Never a negative thing to say about chick fila. I believe that it all starts with the CEO on down to the custodian to keep the customers happy and Chick-fil-A overflows their customer with great customer service. Thank you Chick-fil-A for showing an example to these other franchises of how customer service should be rendered. Hopefully one day they will follow your lead and have customers wrapped around the building as you do.

Honestly, the Chick-fil-A on Wesley Chapel is one of the best ones. Out of all these years they've never gotten an order wrong, always pleasant and friendly. Especially, those out there braving the weather. (Smiles)Kudos to the managers and staff at this location. I appreciate everyone.You totally "Rock"

Order a 6 piece kids meal and got a 5 piece and no toy! Fries was not fresh and kids working drive thru and Line move slower than a snail! Westly Chapel y’all got to do better!!
