Your store has three drive-thrus, only one is open during peak hours and it's backed up,...out onto the street. So you send someone out to walk down the line and tell people to park and go to the walk-up window to order, instead of using that person to take the orders at another drive-thru window. Took 17 minutes to get to order window, and another 6 minutes to get my food.. maybe it's a fluke but it's the worst service at Chick-fil-A I've ever had
1 . Ordered and paid for 12 piece nuggets, received only 10, and the nuggets were overcooked and over breaded. 2. Chicken soup too spicy. 3. Very unlike other Chick fil a that have tender chicken nuggets.
This is my favorite chick fil a. I heard they are trying to move up the road, though, which I do not want! Traffic would be horrible coming over the hill. We also love the unique things about this location and want them to stay: multiple drive through lanes, a walk up windows, and plenty of outdoor seating. There’s never ever a long line here like there is at other locations despite it being busy. We love this location exactly as is
Customer Service ain’t the best but I’m not mad at the employees because the store is so small.We all have bad days and that's understandable. Small store size ain't helping at all.Suggestion: Maybe if they weren’t caged into one common space and running into a co-worker every two seconds they would be much happier employees. People enjoy personal space but it's not possible with the current layout. Looks like a circus in there compared to their counterpart locations with spacious sqft.
I don't typically have issues with ChikFilA, but during this particular visit the person working the drive through appeared to have an attitude. I ordered 2 cobb salads and then she replied do you want dressing or what?.. Then when I got to the window I confirmed my drink order because ordering a large unsweetened tea and a large 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweetened tea can cause issues. I was advised that they were correct. I get to my destination and what do you know. Both unsweetened and no straws. Sometimes it just takes a moment to listen and confirm
Salad so good, I ate the grape tomatoes for the first time in my life. My whole family liked what they got. Grilled chicken sandwich and nuggets. Diet lemonades. Yum.
I usually go here in the morning for breakfast foods. When ordering online for curbside pickup, they are quick to bring out the order and usually very accurate with details.

Worst chic fil-a I’ve ever been to in my life. It started with seeing the girl with the short blonde hair keep putting her hands in her hair and dipping a cup in the ice with no gloves to get the ice for the lemonade. Customer service here is very subpar. Then my fries were cold. So I had to get back in line for fresh ones. Once at the window the manager tells them to get the cold ones. Isn’t that infection control?? It was like I was lying or something. They were all pretty young so maybe that’s what it is. I don’t know. But I do know I won’t be back to this one.
Experience was rather poor today I had an extra long wait at the drive thru window and my nuggets were almost burned fried way to hard also the score from the county inspection was a 90% but my fries were good. I went thru the 2nd drive up Lane I do like to see the food come thru the track thing near the window.
