I stopped by McDonald's Wednesday again, the first time I gave them 5 stars this time food was awful. Fish sandwich taste like it was old just sitting. The 10 piece nuggets taste like rubber and very dry, I stopped to take food for my lunch at work. I would have took everything back but when I got off McDonald's would have been closed. I took one bite from the nuggets and stop eating them. The fish sandwich you could barely see or taste the tartar sauce. If I wasn't off the next day and lived in that area I would have taken the food back. I actually held on to the nuggets to return but just went on and threw them away. The drive thru lines were long how can the food taste old? What you just stop cooking? The fries at least was good
So I went to this location and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, Mac and cheese and fries with a drink. I get home the Mac and cheese looked like it's been sitting and wasn't even cheesey like it should be. The sandwich was nasty I had more breading then meat. The only thing I was able to eat that was good was my fries! I don't know what's going on but I'm highly disappointed.
Every time I patronize this location I know I have to check my order because I know something will be missing and every time without fail…something is indeed missing. I’ve even ordered through Ubereats and still had items missing. Items are fresh but the customer service at times is subpar too. Used to be my go to location because it’s super close but now I’d rather go out of my way to another one.
This will seem like a joke. Three times in a row, my salad has been delivered with no dressing, even though I request two packs! This has been 3 times in the last 10 days! I thought tonight, what are the odds so felt safe but nope, no attention to detail on their part. This location has gone down hill in a hurry! I may be just one customer the ones will soon add up.
Drive thru is your best plan at this location. Carry out is very slow so just go to drive thru. The service is nice but just slow inside. They should just change the location to drive thru only.
By far the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Line is always around the building regardless of the time of day. Could hear the manager say “F*ck this” multiple times. When he took my order he was very rude and short with me. Not exactly the service Chick-fil-A is known for. The McDonald’s nearby has faster and nicer service. Corporate needs to get involved ASAP.
This location used to provide top tier service and food. I'm really not sure what happened. The drive thru in the evening is super slow. I sat in line for almost 40 mins to finally get to the speaker only to not receive the typical warm Chick-fil-A greeting. My order was not repeated back to me so I knew this was going to be an issue and I was right. The drink was full of ice even though I requested no ice. I didn't receive the salad toppings that are standard with my salad, but received 4 packets of dressing I didn't ask for? My brother's sandwich was lukewarm and looked like it had barely been cooked. The fries were limp. Just a very disappointing experience especially with the amount of money spent on the food. I will bypass this location moving forward and frequent the one on North Druid Hills where the service and quality is always up to par.
Typically come here once a week, slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been too and almost always missing something. Wish it wasn’t the closest to home
Like I always say you can't go wrong at Chick-fil-A they have some of the best sandwiches and salads
Three straight times they've FUBAR'd our orders and they screwed up the catering for my 2 year-old's birthday, making me late as I had to wait for them to make a tray that we'd already ordered. I've had it with this place ?
