This morning I had a talk with the manager, the African American lady with dreads. I told her about the conversation I overheard and I was letting her know be careful with what you say. She decided to have a fit and a attitude the whole entire time. Worst leadership skills I have ever seen. Chick fil a please train your store managers better.
I no longer go this place again. Terrible customer service. I ordered my favorite spicy delux sandwich to dine in and waited so long. They forgot my order, and I had to ask. Terrible response from the guy who took my order. I left, by saying, thank you and bye.
Today was an epic day I went to Chick-fil-A and I met a manager by the name of Toya she was epic and they were very friendly and very warm I really do appreciate the atmosphere that they set for me I will definitely have my staff come here for lunch I will have our quarterly meetings here just to make sure that we have the same atmosphere that we felt today me and my grandmother came through the line and we made an abrupt change at the window and they didn’t miss a beat I do appreciate that especially in this time being this close to the hospital where my mom is receiving surgery and every moment right now is crucial towards keeping a uplifted spirit I thank you miss Toya and I thank you everyone up there I wish you a success
Careless, asked for no blue cheese. Also the workers don’t care about your vehicle either ding up your door handing you food with the tray using curbside.
I generally like this Chick-fil-A. They’re pretty quick and I don’t have any problems during lunchtime. The only thing that frustrates me is that I often end up having to get the same thing because they walk out to your car way to take your order in they don’t have a menu to give you. Sure they try to show you the menu on the little iPad but you can barely read the menu they have. I still highly recommend this Chick-fil-A. Great staff always very helpful.
I no longer go to this particular Chicfila. It is not horrible, just not as excellent as others. The 4 times I went there, either the buns were cold, the lettuce wilted, or the fries not crisp. The staff is always friendly and the drive through moves quickly but I can easily go to others that do not have these little issues.
Top tier Chick-fil-A location. Very quick and efficient at moving cars through the line with prepayment curbside. I have only had one order messed up in dozens of visits and I was quickly reimbursed and offered additional bonuses. Food comes out hot and consistent which is all you can really ask for when factoring the quality and price point.
I adore this restaurant very much. It has a unique ambiance. The meals are very tasty. the service is effective and the waiters are trained. The price is reasonable. extremely recommend.
Nicholas assisted us as we did Drive thru,read back our order to make sure he had it correct. The order was received correctly and the food was hot and delicious!Great customer service at window as well
It's a Chick-fil-A and I typically don't do reviews for these since they're all pretty much the same. The food is good; that's why I go there. I felt compelled to write this review because I have been impressed over and over again with how quick the drive thru service it.This location is on my way home and I've been there quite a bit over the past few years and almost every time the drive thru is pretty busy. When I see this at other places (not Chick-fil-A) I typically turn around and don't stop. I have no desire to sit for 20 minutes in a drive thru line when I could have been home. But that is not the case here. When the drive thru is full, I do not hesitate to get in line and place an order because they're always really quick. Chic-fil-A does a great job getting folks taken care of in the drive thru and this location is the one I have the most experience with. So, if you pull in and it looks really busy go ahead and get in line. You'll be surprised at how quickly they can get you thru and on your way.
