Line and wait is always long but THATS fine, but the food omg the big Buford combo was cold cheese sticks tasted old as well as my fries…..then my four kids like chicken bite boxes I get them each two OMG barely any dang chicken hardly any fries like it’s sad!!!! Tried to call no answer!!!! I want my money back or my entire order remade!!!
The ONE TIME I want fast food became the most irritating experience for me. For one I paid with my card and they take FOREVER giving it back which is suspicious and the cashier couldn't even properly articulate what the issue was. I told her up front I wanted cheese on my sandwich and after waiting for 15 minutes I did not get cheese. Then when I explained to her that I wanted cheese she looks at her coworker and tells her I didn't ask for cheese. It's fast food not rocket science. I just left. Won't be back but it's not going to hurt their business.
Employees refuse to use Walk up window for fast and easy service of online order workers. The customer I was Dashing to said they were going to sleep and cancelled their order. I was in line for 40 mins. One of the short employees with locs kept walking out to smoke, instead of handling business to get the 8 call slow moving line down. Ten out of Ten would not recommend.
Why do you throw fries in the bag? Do you people don't understand placing the fries in the bag in its compartment? Why are fries on top of my food wasted every place the moment it comes to my car? It's fast food right side up not upside down do better it ain't rocket science it's fast food
That computerized order taker ????Not the move lol Food was just okay. The line was super busy but the food didn't reflect that. I was expecting piping hot food?
Always fresh and I come after 1 am and the staff is always friendly and my food is always hot and fresh
I go here for the Deep Sea Double fish sandwich..I only gave a 4 stars because they didn't give me the drink I asked for..so I was disappointed when I finally taste my drink after I left
The Manager on Panola Rd. should NOT be serving customers. The staff was more professional and younger than she was. I guess that would be the plus. They knew she was wrong in her approach. Rude, disrespectful people should not be serving the public. She refused to me the corporate office number to report her actions on the day in question.
People this food. It's fast. And it can be delivered.
Ordered on the mobile app and they actually have a split drive-thru to the right is people just ordering for the drive-thru to the left is people have ordered on the mobile app and it was okay the food was good the guy at the window wasn't very pleasant and it was weird getting your food through the passenger side but overall not bad.
