My family and use to love this location. I went there is evening and spent $36.00 on some MESS. The fries were old and i don't know what this mess is that want to call fish. It definitely isn't the fish they use to have. AWFUL. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT REAL FISH. I'm never going back.I left a message for you all to contact me. I haven't been contacted.
I know people are cutting back after covid. But this is ridiculous! Paid for TWO separate orders that were handed over in ONE container. Had to ask for TWO forks AND another container. And this fish stick cost a lil over$9!
Always a good experience when I go there and they have an exceptional well cashier that works morning shifts.
Yesterday I was service with Thick gooey batter it was just disgusting. I went to return the food and the manager was very rude told me that they do not have control over the batter , how unprofessional and she said that's the way it is. Even if it did came that way I still didn't deserve no rude unprofessional comment and I never did receive I'm sorry we don't have good customer service out here anymore .she act like I did something to her yes if I don't want to eat something yes I should return it but I should not get no rude return service.
Went through Drive through, cashier had mask under her chin and could've been a little more customer service friendly but the food was hot, seasoned well and good!
It was good to go to always and the food was hot and good like always fish combo was good go check nice happy holidays season
Took a minute to receive my food going through the drive thru, but besides that the food was good.
This is my great little seafood place. We are at various Captain Ds often. This particular location is especially great because the window server did not throw me attitude because I requested extra tarter or honey mustard. However, I was a little disappointed with the baked potato that appeared to have sat with the foil a little to long. The potato ? was not hot but warm and brownish. I still love ❤ myself some Captain D's though. Go get you some.
Always polite staff, fast service. Never have order issues at this location and I tend to have special requests.
