Salmon dry from over cooking. Rice was too hard to chew. Needed price on premium vegetables to know I was paying extra for fried okra. Did not offer me water or any sauces. She did not offer me water, just walked into the kitchen.Insufficient service and lack of manners. When I asked a question the service person should have looked at me to answer.The manager came out and defended her saying that the service person had a speaking problem. If so, why wasn’t there another person up front.The manager gave no apologies, just excuses. Three times she told me the vegetable prices were on the card, so I got it and showed it to her. There was not a price listed. She took the card and turned it over where there was a price and said the cleaners must have turned it around. Still no apology.When I got home, I threw up because the food had upset my stomach.
I'm updated my comment from the review l posted on Friday, 4/18/22. I called Captain D's and was told they had the original battered fish again. I was very pleased and l went and ordered my once a week fried fish and shrimp meal. They no longer serving the substitute white fish and l hope they do not have to do this ever again. I love Captain D's and will always be a customer as long as they service the original stable battered fish on the menu. Thanks to the Management, I'm back to being a SATISFIED CUSTOMER ❤️??

I was expecting to get the clams but they have removed them from the menu. So, I got catfish instead. The catfish was cooked fresh but tasted very bland. The sides were bland as well. The breading that they used on the catfish was not palatable. The green beans looked and taste horrible. I would bypass this place. It was a waste of money. I gave them 2 stars for the effort.
I don't usually leave negative reviews but I had to say something bc the customer service was very bad. On top of that the order was incomplete. After the terrible customer service we didn't want to go back and even try to get the rest of the order, it was a very unpleasant experience and I hope you have a better one if you decide to give them your business.
Messed up our order and then gave us a hard time and horrible attitude becuase if THIER mistake. Also took food back to the kitchen to give out to someone else! DISCUSTING! Will never give this location any of my money ever again. Hope this place gets shut down permanently
The food could have been better it's not the same anymore it's not like what it use to be but that's not the only problem everytime I come to this location it's always closed inside go to drive through no matter what time it is even at 4 PM in the afternoon. It's better to eat inside the restaurant than to take it out. The food tasted better, hot and fresher.
It’s usually not backed up in the drive-thru when I go. And the people at the drive-thru window are always nice. But the popcorn shrimp order is much smaller than I thought!
Lsynda the Manager, Detzrick and to the whole Team are the most hardest working employees I’ve seen. They made sure all orders were filled and carried out with grace. Thank you for all that you do.
Extremely clean ! Best customer service , best fresh Captain's food , everything cooked perfect ! Lindsay at front desk is awesome, she made a small group of friends very happy after a game of bowling , food came out fast an hot .
