Staff working on this date and time are 5 stars. Completely worth the extra drive vs the one down the road.The restaurant 3 stars… Needs some repairs.The app… Do better BK or just do away with itMcDonald’s is killing the app game.

Food poisoning anyone? Got thu a breakfast sandwich, only to look down to see the middle of the egg of the last bite was green. Wanted to puke right there. Sure enough, 12 hours later, I'm sicker than a dog. If COVID don't kill ya, this place might.

I really think management need to require there employees to take a customer service course before serving the general public, reason the young lady doing the drive thru should have been at the register. She had like of experience meaning the order was wrong and I had to debate with her about what I order. Training is a must at this location.

The young lady at the drive thru kudos 100% professional. Food haven't a clue the manager and cook walk out together. "No one there to prepare the food. Manager not there to manage." Oh yes, I forgot to mention the first burger King on the corner of Memorial Drive and Columbia drive system was down. I wasn't able to order, which is why I went to the other one miles away down the street. Therefore, I rate both 2 stars.

went to drive through ordered a cha king deluxe got my sandwich and small fry checked it and it was a regular cha king. i go to the counter and the manager told the preparer a remake and told the person that the deluxe has lettuce and tomato. i got the second sandwich returned to my car checked the sandwich it was a cha king with lettuce and no tomato. i returned in frustration and just left the sandwich on the counter. advised the manager but left without resolution. would not recommend this location for anything. poor poor

They could have done a lot better I know they were understaffed but the food was burnt. The other food was okay but the one burnt item really didn't help. We probably won't return here.

I understand being understaffed but understaffed && unfocused is ridiculous. You got one texting, one walking in from break to converse && a cook who walks away after cooking each order to talk. It’s sooooo ghetto here

The lady working the drive thru was really sweet. She confirmed my order at the speaker and window to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Since the pandemic started, service at fast food restaurants has been iffy to say the least. This has been my first positive encounter in months. Thank you for your great customer service, it was definitely appreciated.

The staff is rude and unprofessional. They they lie to customer saying that certain items are unavailable because they don't feel like doing it. What makes it so bad is they don't even have the decency to take themselves off of the microphone as they joke about lying to their customers. The signage on the building looks absolutely horrendous and it's been like this for weeks and they've done nothing about it, shows that they don't care about their establishment.

The Food was literally Cool to the touch, and I waited for it. I went back around and they remade it. But how do you serve a Cold Burger and Nuggets?
