They burned all 3 of our items. Our cheeses bread burned first, they said they would re-make it, then we stood by and watched the 2 pizza’s we ordered burn. And they said they would remake the whole order. But they hadn’t even started remaking the cheese bread while the other two pizza’s burned. Then when we asked for a refund the receipt they gave didn’t show the tax as being refunded. And the manager said that’s because he paid for the pizza and it doesn’t include tax. Which makes no sense. I actually really like blaze pizza. But I will never go to this location again. They weren’t even busy. It was my husband and my self and one guy behind us in line. So there is no excuse to burn an entire order.

They have a new garlic lovers pizza. It actually delivers on the garlic flavor with whole cloves that have been roasted to a creamy texture when you bite it. I added bacon, onion, and mushrooms to make it magical.11" pizza, cooked perfectly. Fantastic.The normal existing menu is good as well.I found out that a simple, 1, or 2 topping pizza is cheaper than the others where you get anything you'd like.

Ordered a pizza online for lunch, requested time was 12:45. I went to counter twice to check the status. I was told it would be ready shortly. I waited over 45 minutes and everyone that came in after me received there food and gone while I still waited. She gave me a coupon for a free pizza and when I got back to work and read the coupon it was expired.

We are a Fellini's or Mellow Mushroom pizza family, but decided to branch out and give some new places a try. This is one we won't be coming back to. It. wasn't. good. at. all. One of the fundamentals of pizza...the sauce...was terrible. I ended up just eating the top layer. I guess Mod Pizza is supposed to be a competitor. Well, Mod is better. Not to mention they wouldn't take a perfectly good coupon. I want my money back!?

I've placed pickup orders on two separate occasions. On neither occasion did they confirm when they'd completed my order. I may try a different location at some point so I can at least find out how their food tastes when it's served warm, as intended.

I was very impressed with this spot. It seems that the actual type of pizza you get doesn't matter too much, as I got more than two toppings in each category with the "two-topping" option. It wasn't very busy for dine-in, our pizzas were ready within 5 minutes of paying. The staff making the pizzas were friendly and were having fun behind the counter, which is my #1 sign that the pizza is going to be good. I had some of both the marinara and the pesto base, and both were wonderful. My only complaint was the ricotta, it was grainier than I'm used to and there was a ton put on my pizza. I can be to blame for the amount they put on as I should have stopped them, but it also goes to show they're generous with the toppings. I will not mind stopping in here again, it was a wonderful place with good pizza.

Always reliable when we order through the app and pick up. Delivery have occasionally had difficulty with Door Dash through the Blaze app. Gluten free option was appreciated by my family who is visiting.

Service here sucks. They have no quality and they make it seem like making a pizza ins a strenuous activity or task. I’ve never been to a pizza place that makes it seem like they’re building a whole restaurant from scratch every single time you need a pizza made.

I placed an online order, paid, and made my way to pick it up. I called to let them know I was there and spoke with a young lady who advised it wasn't even made. I asked for a refund, heard her tell the mgr, Jordan, who stated, "They have to wait", and was then hung up on. I went inside and was advised that they were busy, and would refund it when they weren't. I advised to him that the young lady's customer service was horrible and he just said,"Okay" but that was it.We're busy EVERY WHERE so that should NEVER be an excuse for poor customer service. I want best for everyone and this was just bad.God forbid I treated them the same way in my field. They'd want to protest and go to the news with complaints. Remember, always treat people how you'd want. You never know when you'll need them.
