Ordering chicken biryani bucket became almost a ritual last Spring for me and my friends whenever we felt like having something yum and filling. Thanks Bawarchi Biryani for the memories!
This place used to be my go-to for Indian food, but in the last year or so it has gone down hill. The manager of the place seems to be a really nice person and when he's at the restaurant, he really does try to accommodate well for customers. I have no complaints about him. The employees, though, are another story. They seem like they don't really know the first thing about customer service or how to engage with customers who have ordered food. Whether I've dined in or ordered take out, employees have really made the experience sour.They have told me false wait times on food I've ordered and had me waiting well past the times they've told. They've guaranteed that food I've ordered is almost done only to come and tell me moments later that they actually don't even have what I ordered because they ran out, making me question why I even waited for food they don't have. Orders I've placed online have been canceled suddenly without explanation. They've missed items in my order and told me they would include the missed item for free in my next order (it never happened). The list goes on and on. They seem nonchalant about these behaviors, which makes matters worse.I've been dining here since they opened this location, but truly in the last year it has really taken a downward turn. I visited recently and had another sour experience with their employees and decided I was done. I'll find another Indian spot. It makes me sad because this place truly used to be one of the best.
I've eaten here before, two years ago. Excellent customer service & the food always good. You won't be disappointed, I will be back.I love a clean, smelling restaurant too! I will be back, my daughter and I enjoyed everything
This place is fireeeee. The most kind and accommodating restaurant you’ll ever visit in your LIFE. I’m trying to tell you. Beautiful humans, amazing food. You haven’t tasted the flavors they put together. Cheap price. $13 gets you beautiful meal.
Staff was friendly. Food had blunt taste. Ordered spicy food but got mild. Wait time can be improved if limited customers are there for dine in. More focus was on pickup orders.

Went for dine in. Had a poor experience. Not sure if I should start with food or the experience.It was cold winter night. The way the entrance and the tables were arranged, every time the door opens, the gush of cold air hits you and almost runs shiver down your spine.Ordered chicken butter masala, paneer butter masala and chicken dum biryani. The gravy for both the curry was same. Taste was just okay - too sweet to my liking. The naan bread was so small, not the best in terms of portion size too. The biryani was no good either. Too spicy and the chicken was full of bones. I was under the impression that all Barawchi Biryani would have same taste, quality and service. I was wrong. I love the food from Bawarchi Biryani but not from this particular location.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Biryani at Bawarchis. The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in to the bright, familial atmosphere. It was so fun seeing the menu items show up on the televisions behind the counter—appetizing to say the least! I will surely be back and I’m eager to explore the menu.P.S. best Raita in town, I ask for extra!
