Great experience with staff and great food! My husband and I came in and were immediately greeted at the door by Iderria. Our waitress Lauren gave us great customer service and we were assisted by the manager Cameron as well. Both were very attentive and gave great energy, food was delicious, and it was an inviting environment. Thank you for a wonderful night!
This Applebee’s was a wonderful experience for my family and I. From the hostess with her kindness to the waitress being attentive to our needs. We felt as though we were in a 5 star restaurant so this location deserves 5 stars for Exceptional Service!!
Very prompt service, staff is friendly and attentive. The food is satisfying and never fails to please. Bartender Lorrin is exceptional. 😅
Ordered from this location to have my food delivered on 01/29/22. Had to make a slight modification to my order so I called the store and spoke to a manager (Courtney) who was very professional, helpful and pleasant. It was just a great feeling to speak to someone who appears to enjoy their job! Courtney is definitely an asset to this location/company.The food was perfect!!!
My boyfriend & I came here for dinner on Tuesday 1/18, our server was Ronetta and we really didn't have a pleasant time. She was friendly but we also felt rushed with our dining experience. She told us that she'd take our order after she brought our drinks back and then she brought us our check before we even finished our app and drinks. Mind you we only had 1 round of drinks. She didn't even bother asking if we wanted to order anything else. We really wanted to but we just ended up leaving because we didn't like the energy. We found some place better to go to after that anyway.
Just left dinner. Thankful this place is open and clean. The world is short staffed and struggling however none of that was noticed at dinner. We were greeted and served promptly. Everyone was helping on the floor. The three of us were all pleased with the appetizers and food. The apps came out a decent amount of time before the meals. We were pleased.
So the first thing I noticed is that the employees must not be required to wear masks, because most were not, and those that were didn't wear them properly. The food didn't take long to come out but it was only lukewarm and just OK tasting. The ingredients weren't fresh at all. I ordered a smoothie and apparently the bar was backed up and it took forever...like I had pretty much finished my entire meal before it came. When it did come, it wasn't the flavor I ordered (ordered mango strawberry and only got mango), but I kept it and it was very good. I probably enjoyed that more than the meal.
Second time eating here and food was GREAT. Also the drinks were top tier. I didn’t even know they had karaoke but I honestly enjoyed watching it. Only complaint I have is one of the servers with short bob cut was constantly on the mic instead of actually letting the customers participate. Other than that it was a great experience!!
We just moved to the area. We chose here as its not too far from home. Excellent service from the staff. The manager Cassie made herself well known on the floor and offered great accommodations. The restaurant was clean which is a great plus. We usually ask for to-go utensils however we chose to use the regular ones since they were clean as well. Our server took care of us greatly. We received our drinks and food in a timely manner and everything was hot and delicious. We appreciate our neighborhood grill being friendly and clean and tasty. Here’s to returning again.
This place needs a thorough cleaning and floors changed immediately. We sat in a booth and the dust/dirt from the hanging light fixture was horrible(also broken glass- lawsuit). The carpet smells like urine and old food. Don't order steak you will regret it. My server was nice and accommodating, she deserves to work in an establishment where the managers and owners care about the business.
