I tried a A Little slice of Heaven Bakery for a birthday gathering . It was a great selection is choices , each flavor was fluffy and full of flavor you can really taste the love . I can’t wait to try to again in my free time
This is the BEST bakery in South DeKalb County. I buy cakes from this black owned and operated business whenever I want a fantastic tasting cake. Flavorful and moist is what I need in any cake or pastry I buy. I buy slices for just a small treat. But for family functions or recently for my birthday I shop here at A Little Slice of Heaven. They're the absolute BEST!
So I had my niece in my car with me since it was just her birthday. She received a free small bundt cake for her birthday. I got her a slice of strawberry ? crunch cheesecake and I got a slice of key lime cheesecake. I also got a slice of each for my supervisor and a slice of oreo red velvet cheesecake for her. They made the food network. That should tell you something. The location is great not to far it's on the east side. I like the variety. They have 3 different styles of cakes. Bundt,Cakes with butter cream icing and cheesecakes! People need to appreciate this place. I'm glad I finally visited ?.
After many years of doing business here and loving everything. We ordered a wedding cake. The owner is warm, friendly and very professional and so is her staff. She delivered the cake right on time. On a Sunday morning, safely stored in a cake vault. She was driving a beautiful colorful company van with the company logo. She setup the cake and made suggestions for the best placement. I am so happy we choose her company. Everyone raved about the wonder almond flavored 3 tier cake. It was delicious ?
My usual baker was unavailable for the summer. So I found a little slice of heaven and BayBeeeeee im so happy I did! The cake was not only nicely done but it taste sooooo good! the cake was moist, and the cookies n cream buttercream was unmatched! It was not over sugary, it was just right!! Their customer service was excellent! I love seeing people love what they do because it shows!!
Ok I am like so happy that I met this owner, this cheese cake is so delicious, I recommend this business to order all your cakes. She make the real cakes and not that imitation stuff. Thanks. Also I bought pecan pie, delicious

The last few times I’ve gone the experiences have not been pleasant! They seem to rush you out and then make up COVID rules as they deem convenient!!Im pregnant and picky so me picking out my slice means a lot to me! The lady/man told me once she/he picked the slice he couldn’t put it back!! So if i told him/her to pick out 5 slices and my card declined then what? Where those slices going to be thrown away or put back? If that’s the case wear gloves!! Just make it make sense to me!!!Also they have started to put so much icing on the cakes it’s not even tolerable! There are several dessert shops around with better service, prices and taste but this is the black owned neighborhood shop so I try to support but yeaaa NO!! I’m done!
I miss this place so much. Cakes are so fresh, moist, and good. The name definitely is correct. Its a slice of heaven and prices are reasonable. Please show this place some love.
I simply didn’t like a ceaser salad and the manager decided to come out and argue with me about it. The server did a great job. But poor management and attitude as well.
