After waiting in line for a while to get my food, I got home with my blackened blue salad and it was missing toppings and it appeared to be half full. This place has went down hill the past year. I called and the manager told me the only thing she could do for their mistake was being the salad back and let them remake it. That was unacceptable to drive back across town and wait again and waste my time and gas. She also told me I could come at a later date but I have to bring the salad. That is terrible customer service. So I’m supposed to go without dinner that I waited for and paid for to fix the problem that they created?
Friendly and fast service! Food came out hot and quick even though they were slammed.
You can’t go wrong with Zaby’s. I always ask for extra seasoning on the side for the fries., and I order the large size.The salads are excellent too! They change the menu often for the salads as well.
I know what it means to have 5 stars..and I'm gonna give you a 5 BUT YOU SHOULD ONLY GET A 3!! I CANT BELIEVE THE PRICE OF YOUR FOOD..HOW MUCH IT IS NOW..AND I GOT 5BONE IN WINGS AND THE WAS THE WORST EVER..I WANT YOU TO LOOK AT MY PICS I TOOK..a few Flats had no meat on it..they was bad! I'll go back and if it doesn't change..I'll fix my stars! But this was bad
Was good. For the mostbpart i eat the wings and things mostly cause there really isnt a good chicken resturant here in my opion. Would of gave five stars but the tea is more watered down than usual and the window girl basically threw our order out the window. So rude.. good customer service will win overall for a company.. good food too but the people always remember how they are treated
Good quality food. Good service.Always long lines in the drive-thru, but usually moves pretty quickly.
Zaxbys was good I went on my 30 minute break at 11am and was able to order two separate orders and eat before break was over and I work about 8 minutes away.
Food was spectacular and the service was fast. A great place for all the family.
Finally able to dine in again. Great unsweet tea, but both pieces of toast were burnt.
These guys are always fast, even when the line is wrapped around the building. The food is always correct and to the same standards. The employees are nice and good at what they do. There are several rushes during the day but they handle it well and get you out fast.
