It was very meh…………………………
I placed a mobile order in an attempt to save time. Once at Zaxby's, my order was quickly completed and placed on the counter. At this point it went downhill. The employee, while arranging my order, mis-stacked the to-go boxes and the buffalo wings emptied into the bag leaving my order covered in buffalo sauce. The employee proceeded to then tie a knot on the bag, which was now leaking buffalo sauce, and attempted to hand me the order.I then denied the order and asked if I could simply get a clean bag for the items to be placed in. The employee walked away appearing to not understand my request and left the order on the counter nearest the kitchen. I then sat near the counter as an employee walked my order into the rear of the employee area (I thought to throw the order away). 15 minutes later, another employee approached me with what appeared to be a fresh order, due to having seen her bag the order having come directly from the kitchen.I then left satisfied until I entered my vehicle and opened my order. The fries were a soft and wet consistency similar to mashed potatoes and the 30 boneless wings were cold to the touch and pulpy.
This place stole my money and refuses to help. I paid for grilled chicken on my salad and didn't get it. I went back in once because they didn't give me any dressing for all 4 of my salads. I called to just get a refund for the chicken, we're traveling and don't have time to come back. They said there's nothing they can do without them salad back. Normally that'd be ok but I just can't do it. I can't believe a couple dollars will bankrupt a restaurant. Poor poor service. How hard is it just to make it right the first time? If they do this to a few people a day they can pocket some extra money. The food is pretty good other than that.
These restaurants need updating service is poor and the dining rooms are not well kept.
Employees Are Really Nice And The Food Is Great! But They Take A While To Give You Your Order
Chicken Fingers, 2 were good, 1 was dry. Slaw was good. They were closing early, had to get manager ok to eat in. Was traveling & didn't want to eat in car!
Mind you, I removed the bread, so this is the Blue Zalad. It barely has blue cheese and is completely missing the tomatoes. Also, hardly any lettuce. I've had these salads many times and this was a real let down
this place is so bomb whoever was working fries here on feb 27 2022 around 6 pm is a gift from the heavens above never in my life have i received better more glorious french fries in my life if i could i would’ve personally thanked them i hope that their car always heats up fast and they feel morning skinny throughout the whole day truly an impeccable experience 10/10 would recommend
Just terrible I don't know what else to say about this place order barbecue chicken you get buffalo chicken and the fact that I went back a second time and got the same exact thing this place is lazy and the food is awful.
Time and time again I get orders from Zaxbys that are not correct and I contact Zaxbys but I never get anything other than a computer generated response. Nothing is ever done to compensate me for the items I don't receive or the wrong items given to me. Zaxbys very rarely gets it right anymore!!! You are also asked if you would like anyone to follow up with you but no one does!!!! Im done visiting Zaxbys. Zaxbys use to be hit on my list but not anymore.
