I ordered the number 3 which is spicy chicken nuggets And a salad meal my nuggets were hard and cold I did called and talked to a manager which offered a full replacement but I did not go back in an apparent time of 2 days or I would forfeit the replacement ? it was never said that it had to a time limit sometimes you are just busy.
This restaurant location is relatively new and is usually busy. I drove through as I usually do and ordered a baconator meal. My order was correct and delicious but most important to me served with smiles that actually improved my grumpy mood. My husband and I eat from here quite often and the food is warm, made to our order correctly and served with smiles. Thanks guys!
I ordered a simple meal for me and my Todders. I couldn’t find an option to opt out ice for our drinks and to add extra sauce so I called ahead they were extremely rude over the phone and when the door dash driver got here they hadn’t even put the sauce for the nuggets that was supposed to be there fries were extremely cold and hard as well as everything had just been thrown in the bag I will not be ordering here again
Only the drive thru was open. There were several employees and most were standing around. One was eating and drinking while waiting on my food to finish!
Customer service was great, I was aware they were sold out of some items I wanted to order, so I ordered a regular sandwich instead. Instead of the burger buns they put it on some type of regular sliced bread. The food was a little cold.
Made an attempt to order lunch at the drive thru. I ordered Chili at 12:10 PM and was told it would not be ready for 2 more hours. Okay, no big deal I'll just get a Grilled Chicken sandwich combo. Should have quit while I was ahead. Sandwich was soggy and cold and they must have been cooking fries when they were supposed to be making chili,they were as hard as new math. Also ordered an oatmeal bar. Got ready to eat it and they had just thrown it in the bag with no cover or wrapping. If you ever find yourself hungry and on Walnut Ave in Dalton Georgia, just swallow some spit and keep driving.
I understand that places are severely understaffed at this point.... But this was rediculous...First, they're was a line at drive thru... With a support long wait between moving... I just chalked it up to being understaffed...I finally get to the order post... Twenty minutes with not a word from the employee taking orders, I spoke up... And got a laughing "give me a minute." Ten minutes later, I finally got to order. And was told the only drink they had was sweet tea. Fine. Whatever. I'm too hungry to care at this point.Ten minutes after that, I finally get to the window... Took the card, didn't say a word, gave the card back... No receipt. Still nothing said. Get the drinks and it's like they poured an entire bag of sugar in to that one cup. My partner couldn't even drink or and he basically lives off of sweet tea...Meanwhile, through the window, you can see the drive thru girl and one other girl pretty much chasing each other through the store, laughing and obviously ignoring their jobs (including a line of annoyed people waiting for their orders to be taken)... And the one man in there is running around trying to get orders made and packed (and he's the one who handed our order to us in the end)... And then the girl comes up, takes a single order of the car behind me still waiting at the order post (another ten minutes later)... And preceeds to make a soda (liked like coke or Dr pepper) after telling us all they had was sweet tea... The one guy in there tonight needs a raise. The two girls, though... Obviously don't understand work ethics and we're there to play and socialize instead of work... The whole experience was super frustrating and it ended with us getting home with my blood sugar being in the 40s after eating the fries on the way home... And my partners burger not even being the right one... But with no receipt, I can't say what the girl actually rang in for him...
Will not be going to this location anymore, you have lost my service. This is two days in a row that you disappointed me. Yesterday I went around 12-1pm the girl taking my order was amazing and listened to exactly what I wanted, but my ordered ended up being wrong anyway. Tonight I went it was around 8:30-8:45pm. Ordered two 4 for 4 and a $5 biggie bag all three orders of fries are hard and cold, only one ordered had five nuggets, the other ordered there were only four nuggets and the other had none at all. And I was told i could not order a frosty.. And the guy that took our order and gave us our food was rude. I get if he was alone or whatever the case may be, but he could have dropped the fries and nuggets in the fryer at least to reheat them but couldn't even do that.
Obviously a 2021 problem. Which is common now sadly. Thx China? Slow, understaffed and poorly trained people, turning out barely on- point food. In town working this week, the place is a mngt mess. Come on, you've had two years to learn how to run a drive-thru. Not everything can be the chineseBS fault.
I had to go in through the drive-through to make a big order on short notice. They had every right to tell me I'd have to do it online. Instead they handled is surprisingly well. They got everything done very quickly, and their only mistake was forgetting some sauces which is perfectly understandable given the circumstances.
