Must stop by if you are at the Mill looking for some good food. The BBQ is fantastic, smoke flavor is on point not too harsh yet holds up with the sauce and other flavors. The meats melt in your month and wings fall off the bone. All around great. Try the lemon pepper wings if you're into them, they will NOT disappoint, nor will anything else on their menu.Staff is wonderful as well and make sure your food is as expected complimenting the awesome food. Oh the waffle fries are just as good.
We ordered several dishes for our Easter lunch and were so impressed with everything we got! The turkey was the most AMAZING turkey I have ever had!! It was super moist and the rub/seasoning on it were DELICIOUS. We also got the loaded mashed potatoes and Gouda Mac n cheese. Both were also outstanding with tons of flavor! Everything was a huge hit and so much better than anything we would have made ourselves. We will definitely be ordering again!!

The food is phenomenal, We have loved everything that we have tried from the BBQ to the egg rolls, bacon bombs, wings, ribs, the awesome sandwich creations & my wife says the brownies are the best she has ever had, The staff were excellent, I see some of the other reviews complaining about price vs portions, let me just remind you that you get what you pay for. If you want cheap flavorless bbq then you have many options in Dalton but Trinity is hands down the best BBQ in our area!! Thanks to the owner for bringing GREAT BBQ to Dalton, something we have needed for a long time!!

Teri and I have been coming to Trinity since they opened. Delicious every single time. Colby’s creativity and cooking skills constantly shine.I read the other reviews, and saw the few complaints were mostly about price. Well, there’s a reason Trinity costs a little more. You can get a steak at Ruth’s Chris or at Golden Corral, and you’re gonna taste the difference. There’s cheaper BBQ to be sure, but you can taste the difference at Trinity. The quality of ingredients, the time and skill of preparation… it’s all there.And if you ever have a question, a complaint, a criticism… talk to Colby directly. I guarantee he’ll make it right.Bottom line - Trinity BBQ is worth it.
Can’t leave 0 stars. Price was outrageous considering the serving size. Drinks are a small that you would receive anywhere else. 3.50 for one very small egg roll. Brisket is mediocre at best I know they’re probably trying their best with what they’ve got nothing personal just wouldn’t recommend eating here if you’re hungry and need to save that money for gas
Hands down the best barbecue in town! I’ve only been here once but I had an amazing experience and was greeted very nicely when I first entered. Highly recommend the place to anyone!

My family and I LOVE going to Trinity BBQ. Every time we go we always get the best service and the best food! The owner always greets us with a smile, kind words, and isn’t afraid of striking up a conversation with us. The food is top notch and I love that they have specials to throw in on the menu depending on the day!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Wonderful food and customer service. It was our first time eating here and the girl gave recommendations and our food was delicious. The owner is a super nice guy and made sure to ask how our food was. We will definitely be back. It’s a favorite now! ?
