Food was decent however order was not right. Missing items and stuff was left on when it was specifically asked to not be put on. Customer Service was terrible, would give -5 stars if possible for that. When we realized that item was missing, we went to front and my husband went to the door. The drive through way beyond backed up at this point. At first we were told it would be made right away and brought out to us, then the manger showed up, starting hollering and cussing at my husband saying that we need to go through the drive through, that we are not special or privileged. One of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant ? ☹
I ordered a Siera Mist through the drive thru. I found out later the drink was all carbonated water. I called to let the store know and the manager was rude and was disagreeing with what had happened. I called as a courtesy. Their nice greeting at the window is fake.
Food was good and hot. Burrito was good, a bit on spicy side. Drive thru fast. Just your average taco bell.

Place was not crowded and was clean.
This Taco Bell is okay. When I stop it is usually after midnight and the people working are always friendly and efficient.
