Great service and food as always! I love ordering my box online using their app then eating inside. That way I get what I want for less and get free refills. Clean restaurant and friendly service.
I will never eat at this location again, the order looked like a two year old put it together. Asked for sweet tea and got unsweet tea which is nasty ?. I should have thrown my money out the window. Build back lazyer.
They totally messed up my boyfriends order, was rude & had to repeat everything about 4 different times! Snd kept asking "is that all? Is that all? After EACH thing he added to his order. & was snappy when he asked a question. His 1 item came with these hard crunchy things in his burrito, which he said to leave OFF, & there was a lot! He has sensitive teeth & so he couldn't eat this burrito. I suggested we call about situation, but he declined to do so.
One of my favorites the store brought back. Taste just like I remembered chili cheese burrito. You have to try one they're off the check. Only if this location :-)
1st time here. Had excellent experience. Fast and great taste. Clerk was courteous and helpful in selecting meals. Recommend for good food and service.
The service sucks first get ur order wrong than tell u have. To go back though drive Thur for them to fix it than when get to window tell u they will bring it out wait 30 minutes before calling to see if they forgot they said no had to take care of the line I mean really if u didn’t mess my order up in the first place I wouldn’t have to wait over a hour for food that I anit even hungry no more for waiting so long it’s a joke never will I come back to Taco Bell and that’s my favorite place to eat poor customer service for sure
Horrible experience they were out of beef and black beans got my order wrong 3 times and read assured everything was corrected note Im home bit only is this not my order its a lettuce in a taco shell only. Cook was extremely rude and unprofessional and they have takenthe phone off the hook
The food is delicious and hot. The Girl at the window was well mannered and friendly. The only complaint I have is that we couldn't eat inside because the dining room is clased.
Missing an item in our order but they did make it and bring to our table.they closed while we were there causing confusion to people wanting to eat in. No signage explaining why they closed. They just locked the doors.
The staff was doing the best they could. They were short staffed with young employees (I didn't notice anyone who looked out of high school. They were out of multiple ingredients. The average order was taking roughly 10 minutes to complete, some longer. There were many upset customers. Personally under the conditions, I felt management/ownership should have gone to drive through only or simply closed early (I was there around 8 o'clock.)
