Came thru once this week my drank spilled all over me (because she didn’t put the lid on) the girl laughed and cashier smiled and said let me give you another lid took the Drank and gave it back half filled because of her mistake. Went back this morning and for lunch didn’t get what I order also didn’t get what I paid for! Don’t recommend this store..
This is my favorite Starbucks. But I wish they had a bigger parking lot. And I hate the pull in from the other side... it creates unnecessary tension from both sides especially irritating for the ones that been waiting in the longest line from Cleveland Hwy...
Drive through only, won't let you walk to the window to order either. The food and coffee is typical Starbucks but I wish they'd open the dining room or at least take walk in orders
Drinks are always made great. I’m only giving 3 stars mainly because of the drive thru. It makes no sense to have an extra entrance from the back. I’ll be waiting like 25min get close to the front and 3-4 extra cars get to hop in front since they came through that side. I think it’s stupid and I’m sure everyone else coming in through the front would agree. I also hate that a lot of times the store closes early and cuts off the “order ahead” option on the app. Please open the inside already. Covid isn’t going away and you take a risk working anywhere..
They need to open this place up... maybe not allow people to come in and sit? But waiting in line for and hour to pay 5 bucks for something to drink? You guys forget people pay for experience... this will get old fast. It already has for me.

Best Starbucks experience! The girl who took our order in the drive-thru was sooooo nice! So patient with our large order! The Barista did a great job with our drinks, they are delicious! Then, the cashier was also so friendly and patient! Great job guys!
Waited in line forever, as always. To be told at the window we couldn’t have our coffee because THEY didn’t have change for a 100 dollar bill. That is totally unacceptable. YOU ARE A PLACE OF BUSINESS. Why the heck do you not have cash on hand? Meaning they would rather just throw it in the trash before just giving a cup of coffee too someone. Not even a fancy cup of coffee either. Just regular coffee. Cream and sugar. It’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever saw. Never again will I be visiting this stingy location.
The drive-thru can get pretty long during peak hours, but the staff are always friendly and the drinks are always correct in my experience. If the line is spilling out into the road, there is a second entryway behind the Hardee’s; It merges with the other lane into the drive-thru. I’m a fan of the iced shaken espresso. My kids generally get the seasonal Frappuccinos. Husband is a fan of the mocha Frappuccino. The sweet treats are always nice. I do wish they would keep stock of the chocolate covered espresso beans. Other than that, I have no complaints. Above average location for this franchise.
Not really a fan since they began representing liberals and dissing out law enforcement, but l not only got a good coffee but very good customer service. I told the manager how pleased l was.
