Waited 20 minutes for my coffee and the lady at the register was not trained properly. Their oven was broken and she still sold me an egg white bite and then they couldn’t refund me. After waiting about 10 minutes the lady at the register messed up the register somehow and the woman who was making the coffee had to stop an assist. Two girls in the back were talking and someone finally asked one of them to start making the coffee. After receiving the coffee it was the wrong order. Tasted like slimy almond milk. Only time I’ve ever thrown away a full cup of coffee. I’ve always had great experiences at Starbucks, so this was a miss for me. Called corporate, not to complain, but to tell them this location need more training. They don’t know how to work the register, don’t know how to make coffee AND can’t perform basic customer service. The 3 main ingredients to running a coffee shop.
Bad experience. I had 59 points on my rewards. This is advetized by Starbucks as being enough for a pastry. 50 points is all that is needed. I was told at this location I needed 150. Can you believe it? If they don't want to abide by Starbucks rules they should put another name on their sign. I want feedback from the manager. I'll never go here again.
New to the area so decided to try it out and I was immediately ignored. I stood in line forever and ppl were cutting in front of me and nothing was ever done about it so I left unhappy. Idk any Starbucks that treats there customers like that but definitely won't be back and will also let my friends and family not to come here
I’m pretty patient with workers but this Starbucks location tarnishes the brand. Took almost 20 minutes for a simple coffee and it tasted terrible. 90% milk and sweetener. I took 2 sips and poured it out. I believe the staff at this location need to be trained a lot more.
I'm at a Starbucks everyday. I'm also a very patient person....that being said...there are 8 people waiting for their drink and it's been 10 minutes since they called one out ...while they are talking to each other. Not cool.

Waited aleast 20 mins with 3 workers standing around talking to each other laughing not doing their job. For one drink which is the sad part
