When you try to place an order and all you get from Drive thru attendant is that it??? Is that it?? Is that it?? Seriously is that customer service… wow.. it’s never been this bad, completely rude and lack of care. We wanted meals but we’re only charged and given the sandwiches. There needs to be some change, but I guess this is what we get in today’s $15 employee. I’ll just make food at home, I won’t be treated this way for less than par food.
Slowest Sonic Ever!!! Went there and it was about 45 minutes before they decided to even take my order, Trust me. Old age will you get you before this place will ever take your order. If I could put zero stars then I would. Seriously there wasn’t even that many people there and it took 45 minutes to take my order. Then an extra 15-20 minutes to finally receive our food. So all in all we spent over an hour there. So if you don’t have an hour to kill then don’t eat here!!!
The last two times have been the worst experiences I've ever had. I bought a large $8 premium milkshake and when they brought it out, it was completely melted and the milk was spoiled. It almost made me sick and I trashed it. Today I got a RT44 slush that was just half ice half water, AND they messed up my grandma's burger. I am not a picky eater and rarely do I ever write reviews, this place is just god awful and I will never be back.
Three sonics in my town and not a single one is worth visiting. This one near Kroger on Cleveland highway will get your order wrong every time even after repeating it back to you just like you asked for it. The one on West Walnut Avenue does the exact same thing and the one off of east Walnut mostly gets it right but you end up waiting 20 or more minutes to get your order. I don't recommend going to any of these places.
Extremely long wait time regardless of the line length. The food itself is not bad but it's never a quick experience. Not somewhere to go during a lunch break
Well the shakes weren't all that great but the service was super great. Ashley has always been super nice anytime I've gone up there. I think it's wonderful that she's been promoted to management and I think that she does a very good job. With the job market and the economy the way things are today I think that your company is very lucky to have her and should do whatever they need to do to hang on to somebody that seems so dedicated to their employer.

Hate to be a Karen about it but this sonic sucks. The past four times I have been there they have messed up my order and they are every unhygienic. When they give us our wrong order they take it back put a sticker on it to close it then give it to the right person ?if I knew that my food had been handled by a stranger and then just given back to me I would fight. It’s gotten so bad that if I know a specific person (Ashley) is working I will drive the extra 30 minutes to go to the sonic on the other side of town. Would not recommend this sonic to my worst enemy!
Trash service , waitress was rude & didn’t complete order. Very disappointed
Nephew ordered me a diet coke and he got a coffee. Diet coke sucked. Poured out over half of it. Can't complain too much though it was free for him. He works there.
