My wife and I came in and I ordered "stuffed shrimp"( which is available at almost every RL from here to Wichita) was told no...got all u can eat shrimp...pasta was not cooked....to save time, the only thing decent was the scampi...which is smaller than normal...I called the manager the next morning...just to be told that because of "short staffing", stuffed shrimp was not offered anymore. I was willing to pay $40 for that request, but yet denied...How long will restraunts continue to use Covid as an excuse? I spent $60 and left hungry... understaffed...slow...poor quality...yet, when I called other RL... Everything was available as long as I was willing to pay... ?.... Thank God McDonald's was open...a much better value than this place. It doesn't make sense to me that a place would refuse a request that would enhance they're bottom line...short staffed or not...I don't believe it...I think management has gotten as lazy as the employees they are trying to find....my opinion! UPDATE: OWNER ASKED ME TO CONTACT ON FACEBOOK....WHICH I DID...4 DAYS AGO...NO RESPONSE... ? UPDATE: STILL NO RESPONSE FROM OWNER.... CAPTAIN D'S...HERE I COME....
This Red Lobester got the assignment!! It was off the hook, portions were large, every dish was well seasoned and flavorful ! As good as the seafood was, (it was really good) the Brussel sprouts were the high light, they were fried (maybe ?) And topped with crispy silvered onions and balsamic vinegarette. This will change the way you think about vegetables it is that good
First time eating here and it was an enjoyable experience. Fish & Chips was delicious, service was excellent. Will definitely be eating here again.
Would not ever go back to this one! Didn't even stay for my meal. Walk in hostess no where to be found so I walked over to bartender said excuse me mam is ok to sit at the bar she turns and looks at me and says ya not sure or absolutely just a ya. Now mind you this is a older woman not a young person you would more expect from. So we sit at the bar she walked past us 2/3 times finally I said can we get some water. Now they weren't busy at all. She had a few dirty tables so I guess to her talking to the guys at the he bar and walking slowly everywhere grab a few dishes was more important than two customers.well she brings us out waters and walks away again at this point I'm like forget it let's go somewhere else!!! Now I'm a server been in the industry for 27 years and I assure you customer always comes first and most of the time you try to one stop shop meaning drinks orders all at once. Then guess what that gives you time to do what you need to. Now had they been busy I get it taking a minute but mam you rather walk around trying to look cute talking to the men guess trying hard for that tip but had you showed us the same attention you would have gotten more than 20% out of me with half the effort. At any rate we left went to Logan's roadhouse and had a wonderful lunch and great service!! 1-10 scale this place gets a 0!
Definitely recommend a visit to this Red Lobster location in Dalton, GA! Our waitress, Symone, was incredible in her customer service, friendly, always joyful and consistently attentive. I was amazed by the wonderful attitude from Symone! Continuing the experience with delightful and delicious cheese biscuits, stuffed mushroom appetizer and each of our entrees - freshly prepared adding to the whole occasion positively. We were beyond thrilled at our blessing to choose this location with every staff member so kind and gracious! Excellence!
Dined in early to avoid crowds. Requested social distancing and request was granted. No wait for seating and our orders were correct and brought out promptly. My entrée was a bit salty, but this is a usual occurance for me. I enjoyed eatting my food while it was still warm.The temperature in the restaurant was comfortable for both of us.
We were seated quickly and eating within 15 mins. The salmon bowl with roasted. brussel sprouts was awesome.
We were seated fast, drinks and biscuits in 45 seconds, salad 1 minute, entree in 7 minutes! This team is amazing!!! But I didn’t get a birthday dessert! ?
i was seated in a both in the bar with my neice. the food was awesome, but the server, who was also the bar tender was just as amazing. thanks for a wondetful time.
Dalton, ga the phone doesn’t work. The voice recognition doesn’t work. You can’t order from the website. I wonder if you can even cook food. I’ll order somewhere else.
