I went through the drive thru on the night of 4/22/22 and CJ helped me! I had an awesome experience! Most younger kids these days have attitudes but she was amazing and was so customer oriented and so polite! I will gladly visit this place again as long as CJ is working there!! Thank you so much for proving there is still great people out there!
If i could give zero stars i would. This is by far the worst place to go eat at in dalton. The drive through let me and 2 other cars sit in line for 15 minutes and then said we will be right with you. So I pulled around and just decided to go in to get a togo order for my family. They did not even greet me or any other customer in the store. The manager and another employee turned around and looked at us and then continued on with their conversation about haircuts ? They SHOULD NOT be working with the public in fast food. I have met some rude people in my lifetime but these employees toped them all.
The chicken was on another level today.. super juicy and flavorful. The staff is always super nice as well, the manager Belinda is an absolute sweetheart! Overall 10/10 would recommend.
Today I received outstanding service at this place and the food was absolutely magnificent. The staff were wonderful and I recommend everyone to eat here because it was not only good but the service was phenomenal!
They have great food, just wish the containers was bigger. That the Mack and cheese, and Cole slaw and things comes in.
Food was stale and overcooked, most sodas were out of order and employees didn’t seem to care too much. Restrooms were dirty and had doors missing on stalls.
Nice staff. Good fast food meal. I like the spicy chicken.
Food was cold. Got a chicken sandwhich combo and it was really tough to eat. Tasted good but was not the greatest.
