They never answer the phone wen I wanna place an order. And wen I get stuffed crust all the cheese is always melted out of the crust onto the pizza
I think it really depends on who is working at the time you order. Sometimes the pizza is great and very good, but other times it isn't the best, it's not bad, but it's not great either. But the times it is good, it's worth it.
I ordered online it was fast and easy. My order was delivered on time and still hot. Will order from Papa John's again.
Its 11:26am I called them at 10 so I can have my pizza delivered at 11 which is my break time, now im stuck eating Wendy's. They didn't even call or anything this was a bad experience
My husband and my go-to pizza place in town. They are always prompt and the pizza and desserts we order arrive fresh. When I have picked up pizzas the staff are friendly.
I tried calling in to place an order 17th of December between 6-7 and the kids running the store would put my calls on hold without answering. I can understand busy better than most. Give me the decency of letting me know you can't take an order. . Im good with that. Calling and having the phone taken off the hook to hear all the chatting and giggling had it for me. Especially since I went to this dalton shop and waited for 45 minutes in the lobby after being told it would take 20. Trash employees reflect on you P. Johns
Just called at least 5 times trying to order 3 pizzas. Every single time i was put on hold without even a please hold. Rude inconsiderate establishment. If employed any 9f these people I'd fire all of them. Lost my business.
Rude a$$ people they pick up phone and automatically put you on hold don’t say anything and then leave you on hold forever unprofessional and 2 stars is being nice
