We love Panera and eat there quite a bit in California. We stopped here with my parents on our way to Dollywood. Great variety of food options for everyone. And they were impressively fast at getting our food prepared considering how busy it was. Everything was delicious and we were glad we chose to eat there. Would highly recommend it to anyone. I got my usual Value Duet with Half Grilled Cheese and Cup of tomato soup. Someone else had the new chicken sandwiches they have and said they were really good as well.

Mother's Day breakfast with my sweet kiddos! I'm so blessed to spend this time with them and my amazing husband and carry over this time into church and worship the Lord this morning! ??Panera is in my top 3 for breakfast picks! Be patient with them though as they are short staffed.

Very good food. Had the teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl. The restaurant was very dirty. Had tables throughout the restaurant that needed wiped off and the floor under most of the tables had debris under them. Can only imagine what the kitchen looked like. The cashier was friendly. They prompt you for a tip when paying...which we usually do but feel that your ordering and getting drinks yourself then go puck up your own food...is there a real reason to ask for a gratuity since the team that works behind the counter gets paid a production wage? Just asking.

Was very disappointed in the new spicy take sandwich. I could hardly tell there was buffalo sauce on it and also lacking in the spicy pickles.

Place is a rip off, ordered a Mediterranean veggie (which contains feta, peppers, cucumbers, spring mix, tomatoes, hummus, and onion) what I got was just a glorified tomato and onion sandwich for 8$. I understand if they are low on inventory but I wasn’t told. This has happened on multiple occasions too, trash.

I’ve been here numerous times and never had a bad experience. Food is always warm and accurate and employees are kind and welcoming. Recently I have been placing my orders online through the app and I pick up inside the store when my order is ready !

Staff was rude. Full disclosure they were about to close (entered at 7:40 when closing is at 8). The staff was rude at the pick up counter when I tried to exchange a 75% bruised apple for an edible one. Then I asked for ranch for the overpriced dry pizza. After the initial condescending laugh I was informed that "we don't sell ranch here." The portion size at panera has diminished substantially while the prices have increased. At least treat people with respect when they overpay for decent food.

I come to this store often because I like to eat relatively healthy but lately 1 over 3 orders is missing something. I mostly pick up and eat at home so I don’t have the chance to inform them of a missing part of the meal (dressing, side baguette etc.).If this trend continues I’ll have to stop going because I pay for the sides as well.Very disappointed on whoever makes or has to check the orders. The food otherwise is good but the frustration of not finding parts of the order in the bag is strong.

Panera Bread food is Very Fresh. Very Clean inside. Employees are PoliteThe Food was reasonbly Priced. Serve Sizable ServingsReccomend Them

I enjoy coming to this store. The people are nice and the food is always hot, fresh and tastes so good. I am very fond of the chicken noodle or broccoli cheese soup. I enjoy most all of the sandwich selections. Their scones are much better than some I've had elsewhere.
