The night shift employees let people stand in line for 20 waiting on someone to take their order.. Finally this girl comes n places a sign on the register saying to use the kiosk to place orders even if you're paying with cash.. ok so orders are put in and another 10-15 mins for by n I for one haven't gotten my order yet(which was only a drink by the way)... No employee ever spoke to any of the customers at all.. Very rude and inconsiderate.. I will not go to this place again..
The general manager was extremely rude and inconsiderate of me ordering at this location. I ordered a sandwich and asked for mayo to be added he told me couldn't and wouldnt put it on the sandwich and if i wouldnt take the mayo packs and assembe it my self i could just go somewhere else when i asked for his name he wouldnt give it to me no name 0tag saying whom he was.
They suck. I ordered earlier in the day at the register no problems. Later that day I stood at the register for about 10minutes and had another customer alert me to the fact that they now needed me to place an order through their dumb electronics ordering system. They kept making eye contact and never told me anything. They enjoyed the fact that I missed their ity bitty sign that claimed they were short staffed and id need to use the dumb robot instead.
They were very busy and we had to wait but our food was hot & correct the first time around.
Not horrible and not an amazing experience. They were very busy so i took that into account. I ordered from the kiosk. Workers were pleasant. Unfortunately my order came out wrong. Paid for a double hamburger and they forgot a patty on it. Other instructions were correct. Also, fries were slightly undercooked. If I'm already waiting forever, I don't mind the extra minute is gonna take to get properly cooked fries.
Brown overcooked eggs. Should have cooked more. Should have thrown tin garbage. Good fountain drinks. Truck driver- could not turn around and take back.Sigh. Nice Employees.
I have trouble ordering from the kiosk. Customizing an order is difficult. I usually order from an employee to get a large drink. Tonight, as I was standing in line to order, multiple employees started complaining loudly about people not ordering from the kiosk. I told the one taking orders that it is hard to customize and she argued back at me that the signs say to use the kiosk. They are so rude. Seriously, treat the customers as if you like your job or get a different one. Hopefully, I can talk to the store GM in the morning. I will definitely get some fuel so I can get a survey and let Pilot Flying J corporate know how this restaurant treats people.
It takes them forever to even attempt to take your order, and then they "huh/what was that?" 15 times before you can even get finished ordering....the fries are always cold, and God forbid you ask them not to put something like mustard or ketchup on your sandwich because then they have to get the manager over to approve the request, and not one single time as the restaurant ever looked clean inside!!!
Tried to order food inside but I had to wait for the cashier to get off her phone trying to find a song. Then 3 ppl filling orders and with my order on the screen still got it wrong. Wait too long orders are wrong alot. I don't really go there anymore on my lunch break. I go to Wendy's now the McDonald's on walnut Ave is good.
Very busy truck stop but the food was good hamburgers were hot and the fries were hot keep up the good work
