Normally I get my food from this particular McDonald's and it's hot and fantastic... Last night I sat in the drive thru line for close to 25 minutes, my food was cold. I called last night no adval... Called back 5 more times today no one still didn't answer the phone so I could try to get my order fixed. I guess I'll have to go up there and see if they will fix it...
Your typical McDonald's. I didn't go inside, so I'm unsure if the ice cream machine works, as most McDonald's always seem to be broken. Everything was ok, except the attendant for drive thru orders must have a bad headset cause she couldn't understand our order. They forgot a drink although it was sitting on the counter and had to explain to them what I was waiting for. Guess I know why there was no wait in the drive thru.
The McDonald's at Carbondale rd in Dalton needs to be shut down. They never get anything right.Got home tonight and my hamburger didn't even have a bun on the bottom. Ridiculous.
The worst fast food experience. Glitchy touchscreens (took 15 mins to order with deals not logging correctly). Long wait (another 15 min+) despite nearly empty store. Order was all messed up. Cold fries. Had to cancel latte order (after ordering) because machine was broken. Dirty tables and floors. Threw away most of the meal and left hungry. Too slow of service to sort out this mess.
Smaller dining area, so our two bus loads of kids overwhelmed it, but they did a really good job getting the orders out fast and correctly.

Food is typical it came out fast and it was fresh. Service was typical. Quick bite, it's definitely not Chick-fil-A

Went to drive Thur Ordered 2 Big Mac meals with no pickle. Got home and it was ordered as Big Mac no onions. How did that get messed up. Tried to call store and no answer.
Convenient location off I-75. It's a good spot for a travel break and you can exit the restaurant at a traffic light to get back on the road easily. They have ordering kiosks and fast service inside. The restrooms were clean.
